I purchased an NFL football shirt for my partners birthday, it came next day even though I only paid standard shipping. The quality of the item was perfect. I was worried the shirt may be too big and my partners birthday was at the end of the month. I sent an email to Football America enquiring about this and they replied really quickly saying I would be welcome to exchange even it ends up being a couple of days over the 28 day mark. Highly recommend this company!

Just fantastic. Called in advance to check they were open as its the pre-Coronation week… customer service was lovely (and prompt). Made the 3h round trip which is so worth it to try boots in person for my son. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. I think we did the entire range in two sizes. Very knowledgeable, very kind and no rush browsing after a long trip. Used before and is our go to store for all things American Football. Absolutely top drawer team… ty.

i would give ZERO stars if i could. ordered 3 items on thursday. paid £19 for saturday delivery. items have NOT arrived. i called customer service , and the guy had no clue what do tell me ( he was polite tho ), and to top it all the tracking number they provided was NOT recognized by UKmail or DHL or any other currier for that matter and yes i tried all . now i am waiting for my money back . will see how long that takes...very bad experience
Ordered boots and gloves that were on sale. Order was picked and dispatched in less than half an hour and arrived the next day and this was with the standard delivery!!! Fabulous service.

What a nightmare to get my order. No information from Footballamerica UK. 3 weeks to collect it. I had to locate the parcel myself. i asked several times, at least, to have a delivery costs refund but no answers from footballamerica UK. I will never order with Footballamerica UK again. I urge you to do the same.
I really had trouble finding the right softcleated boots for my sport (dogsport/IPO) and in "male" sizes, here in Denmark. I found a pair of Nike Landsharks on Football America UK (on sale!) and ordered a pair size UK13. Website said 5-7 buissness days delivery to DK. I placed the order monday and today, wednesday - two days later, I have recieved my order!!! Great! I'll definately visit this shop again next time, and will recommend others to look here. Boots are perfect by the way...
