My Foreo Luna can't be charged, so I've made complaint to Foreo online store in my country. Unfortunately they are not operated anymore in my country so I Contacted Foreo International to make a claim. Customer Service so helpful and after several communication and troubleshoot, they are approved to give me a replacement device and i got that Luna only 5 days after

My FOREO play plus face massager developed a crack on the bottom plate, which caused the battery to not function properly. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly! I gave them pictures as proof. Although they couldn't replace the part, they went above and beyond to help me get a new product. (Shoutout Olivia !)

I am very very appreciative of the customer service I received from the representative Danny. I had several questions regarding my unit, and Danny was very thorough in explaining to me exactly what I need to do. I had some issues with my unit, and he explained the exactly process of handling the warranty for my Foreo Bear.
The FOREO support team was very accommodating and helpful. I contacted them because I received a faulty device, and they were really quick at solving my claim and sent me a new device 🙂
This company will get back to you very quickly if you have a question about a product. Very professional. I just used my Foreo UFO for this first time this morning. And while there is a tiny bit of a learning curve because they do have so many sections available in their app, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable treatment. I actually have a 2nd device being delivered today, so can't wait to try that one as well.
