Ik bestelde een DKNY parfum ergens begin maart. Ik moest dus begin april betalen. Ik vermeldde dan dat ik mijn levering niet ontvangen had. Ze zouden het oplossen maar nu krijg ik via Klarna dat ik het opnieuw zou moeten bestellen en weer betalen ! Mij niet gezien. Ook hun reclame van 80 % goedkoper klopt ook niet. Dus voor mij is het gedaan met dit bedrijf. Christa

Why in south Africa takes more than 14 days without delivery and feedback when I'm gonna get it or can ask what courier do you use for south Africans
I have purchased from Fragrancex.com many times now, i usually buy the BOD sprays as we cannot get them here in UK. I like BOD as it reminds me of my holiday to Florida and I bought some bottles while there. Delivery to the UK is amazing, wondefully fast and packaged with care and amazing service. I'm so disappointed with FragranceX. I've paid so much for a perfume and it hasn't been delivered. This company doesn't update you as to where your parcel is. It's been 19 days and no delivery. All they tell me each time is that they are corresponding with the courier and will get back to me. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH FRAGRANCEX. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
Again cancelled my order this company has a habit of selling items they dont have in stock . I'm now sure they only list these rare perfumes that they dont have stock of to gain increased traffic to website. This is 3rd time my order has been cancelled . order 63529420
I placed an order on the 12th March 2024. Out of the three perfumes ordered, one was incorrect. They told me that I needed to ship it back to them in order for them to begin the process of sending the correct perfume. Because I needed to get it quickly, I decided to keep the wrong perfume and repurchase the one I was supposed to get (and an additional perfume as well). The new items were supposed to arrive on a specific day and did not. I reached out to them to let them know that I noted a shipping exception error when tracking it. After two days they told me that my package was lost. They said I had two options, get a refund or have it reshipped. I wrote asking if it could be reshipped but expedited. Lo and behold the next day I receive a message that they have issued a refund, which will take up to 5 days to be received. So from the 12th of March to now I have been unable to receive an item that I purchased. I now have wait to recoup my funds before trying to acquire the item, which was meant for a special gift. Although their customer service is responsive they are not able to have solutions that truly take the customer, their circumstances and time into consideration. This is unfortunate because my first order with them went smoothly. Things just went downhill from there though. Customers seem to be seriously inconvenienced for their mistakes and they don't seem to care much.
