Bought a dress beautiful. Full price I had received a £20 discount off any purchase over £25 the dress was just over £50 so I attempted to use discount as price was making this product eligible. This was refused and the message said it was for customers that had been chosen receive it. If receiving a discount through the post with my name on it does not qualify me then what does Disappointed
I can’t review the item as I haven’t received it. Evri didn’t deliver it when they were supposed to, so I’m still waiting. Using the Freemans app was very easy and pleased with the whole process. Just disappointed with delivery.?

The main item in my order hasn't been delivered as it is out of stock. The first I heard about it was 5 days after I'd placed the order. How can it take 5 days to notice? This is my first Freemans order, and if it wasn't for the fact that Curvissa is now part of Freemans it would be my last. Thank goodness they are as efficient as always.

I was a Freemans Agent years ago and had no problems at all. I thought I would order a couple of things recently as the sizing everywhere at the moment is really terrible! Had to return an item as it was way too small. I don’t know what’s happening with the sizes nowadays as it seems to be a constant problem no matter where you purchase. I have ordered a couple of more items so will wait and see if they are any better 🤞 PS I prefer the old style ordering by Catalogue!! It just isn’t the same online as flicking through the Catalogue!
Lovely person on the phone Thursday looking out for my security. Item arrived yesterday for my mother and she’s over the moon. Helps her communicate with family on FaceTime especially being disabled. Thank you Freemans

Never had a problem. Everything I have ordered has fit pretty well and is good quality. Just purchased a sports bra which was perfect for gym so ordered another one !!
The sandals I got were very comfy and affordable and arrived quickly
Great they offer a big variety of plus size clothing, but most of them aren't 'nice', need nicer clothes for middle aged people. BUT I have had some lovely maxi dresses from them, you need more options for short sleeved cardies (not boleros) for cover ups. Some items come straight away, but latest order is a 2 week wait. Had no problems with Evri deliveries from Freemans too, kept up to date when delivery will be and have left with the nominated neighbour if not at home. The discount offers are quite frequent too, it's always good to get a bargain. Like the free delivery too. Will definitely use again if they have clothes I like when browsing.
