Grocery bag is the best online portal to buy Indian grocery items at affordable price. Honestly its the first name that comes to my mind if I have to buy fresh vegetables. Every vegetable is fresh and crisp. Love their coconuts. My experience with many Asian shops has been disappointing when it came to buying Coconut, ghee, veggies. Would highly recommend The Grocery Bag. Don’t think .. Just buy ! Very prompt service. They make sure that their customer is happy at the end of the day😊👍
This online grocery was excellent when I started. Vegetables so fresh amazed me! Even now the vegetables are very good. Priyanka who takes orders on what's app is a kind, fair brilliant lady. It is just that last delivery came in on a wrong day. The Ashirvad atta, was past its expiry date and Priyanka ordered another one which was also past its date. When I informed, Priyanka not only deducted the money for 5kg atta but also sent me 10kg Atta of the same brand and within usable date. This was an act of kindness with apologies + compensation. This is more than you can ask at any shop! My only grumble is about packers who leave box open and this never happened before. Secondly drivers are in such a hurry and leave box in front of your door and make a quick exit before you can answer the bell. This is a training issue. If they get it right, they have achieved a great deal of success. They have variety of brands of same groceries and some of which I never heard of. At the end, I would highly recommend them. I wish them good luck for the future. I was hesitant to write a review because of Cookies. Eventually I decided to do it mainly for Priyanka Dr. Iyengar
