From ordering, to delivery, to sitting in it…the process ran so smoothly and amazingly. Our sofa is exactly what we were after, the colour is just as shown online (we we’re worried to order a sofa we’d never seen in person) the fabric is easy to clean and I’m just obsessed! Would 100% recommend.

Ordered my sofa next day delivery at around 2pm came the next morning at 7:30! Very efficient. Drivers were helpful and friendly. Sofa is gorgeous and I love it! Definitely will be buying more of this website and telling others about it!
Quality and fast
I placed an order, i paid extra for the next day delivery. The following day, they sent an email saying we missed your delivery. They lied as i was home all day, i booked my day off, i could go to work!!!! and no one called me. When i called them, i had to wait 12mn to get some one, the only words he said, sorry, but sorry is not enough. Postcode w148tp Don’t wast your time with this company As i said i was home all day and never received a call!!!
Honestly please don't bother ordering from here. I was assured delivery would now be today after weeks of waiting to then find out Furniture 123 haven't sent the couriers my address. This is my 3rd day off work now waiting for an item that was never going to come. Another day waiting to speak to one of you incompetent staff!!! Complete joke of a company. You should be embarassed

Good communication from the start and the garden furniture was delivered on the designated date and time. Appears to of a good quality, however we haven’t had the nice weather to use it properly yet.

Yhanna in customer service was the worst customer service rep ever! I called earlier and was reassured the driver would call me 30 mins before delivery to make sure i was home but instead i received a “sorry we’ve missed you” text without no prior call. When i explained that to Yhanna she was extremely robotic and repeated the same sentence no matter what i asked. I asked to meet the driver as the bed was needed today she said there’s nothing she can do and i would need to reschedule. I asked her to read the notes on my earlier call and she said there’s nothing that can be done, she declined any managers being available and that they would say the same thing. I’m truly disappointed in the service i received from furniture 123. Your customer service department needs some serious training on problem solving and empathy.
