Just wanted to post that i am really impressed with this company and the set of chairs i purchased. I was recommended Furnstatic through a friend and they really came through. I was quite stuck because i needed something to match my dinning table but the team were great and had a lot of patience with me and we went back and forth. Next time i wont be as indecisive. Thank you for your help.

Coffee table arrived on time, we were contacted on the day and it was well packed. Quality of item was very good. Our only concern was that the delivery men were not wearing masks and they had to come into the house as it was a very heavy item.
Poor customer service, very rude and lots of delays, shocking service. Do not recommend this company at all.
I ordered a large sideboard from there website all went good until a email from another company cfs said I needed to add delivery information I was worried then because it was a different company or so I thought and wanted personal information so I rang furntastic the next morning and gave my order number they told me I hadn’t placed a order with them and to check the bank the bank then said the account money was sent was mr abdul worried sick I then rang back furntastic and still nothing my husband then rang back 1st was told no order then after 5 mins and someone called abdul told him they found the order and that it would be with us in 3-7 days But 2 days later they sent a delivery date of over that so I rang straight up and was 1st told nothing could be done so I said well I will cancel then so was transferred to shipping and they said would I keep order if they delivered in 2 days I was happy so went with that I was told I would get a email to confirm but didn’t and was told delivery between 9-11 am and was late but when it arrived I was supper happy fantastic quality condition was fabulous could not be happier just wish I had not had 6 days of worry over my account possibly being hacked or card information in wrong hands I aged 10 years over terrible order but so happy with goods I would say don’t over panic with this company they have 7 companies registered under same trading vat number address and name. But the goods did arrive and were fantastic x
if you don't mind waiting ,i recommend furntastic,great quality and value, customer service helpful and delivery 10/10 packaged very well and delivery people great. i ordered a glass side table and lamp similar to one in one of the big furniture shops for under half price and i am over the moon with the quality let alone the price
On the website it said 3-7 days for delivery on my item and it took them over 4weeks. I'm still waiting...I didnt hear from them unless I was emailing or calling.

Love the dining table we ordered . Well packaged , customer service were brilliant at arranging suitable delivery date. Loads of positive comments from friends about quality of the table. Delivery people were brilliant- it was marble, therefore heavy but they manoeuvred it in with caution & concern for floor tiles. No damage - looks great 👍

Initially gave this company a 1* review, the bed arrived late, and the packing damaged, with the fasteners strewn across the street forcing the delivery driver to collect them from the road... However I do feel a 5* review is required for their aftercare! The company followed up on the purchase, offered to replace the bed (although this is not required) and we are extremely happy with it, they have also provided a good Will gesture partial refund... I would certainly purchase from them again...

The furniture came and it’s nice and was delivered fine, but I was not aware that I had to pay extra for someone to take it out of the box and it’s packaging (which is impossible to do alone).

Delighted with products and excellent service.
So far I have been waiting 8 weeks for a dining table and chairs. On the day the delivery was supposed to arrive in the uk it was delayed a week. I was assured it will arrive the following week. I called, the chairs arrived at the warehouse and they forgot the table. They are good at communicating with you, I’ve given them a deadline of tomorrow 24/ May for it to all arrive in the warehouse. So far I’m not very happy with having to wait so long.
