Needed more information about the internal components of the bag. Not only did they respond but sent pictures. Order the bag 3pm and came the next morning which was a Saturday. Amazing service and the back it perfect too

I like that you offer a select number of essentially useful, hand crafted articles of clothing and accessories not hundreds to choose from. My purchase of the coated cotton jacket maybe could be enhanced by including a two way zip? This allows the lower body to manoeuvre easily while driving or riding pillion on a motor bike. Great service and lovely people within their business community from makers to packers, admin and of course the brothers. Wishing all your projects enhance and spearhead what is needed by every child to advance in the world where reading is essential and good mentors indispensable. Much love to everyone and thank you. I am a massive fan of the company and what it stands for, the products it makes and the excellent customer service. I got a great backpack from them, but for various reasons I had to return it. Julita was brilliantly helpful with sorting this out. I’d give them 5 stars, but I didn’t actually keep the backpack! But great company nonetheless.

Great bag ...this was my first gandys purchase and I wasn't sure what to expect other than the bag looked good on the website . Once I got the bag in my hand I was extremely impressed with the quality . I can see me buying another one as all the colours are great . If I could find just one con .....it would be the side pockets aren't big enough for a water bottle unless you buy what appears to be quite a slim shaped gandys one
