We have just purchased a beautiful garden set from Garden Trends after doing extensive research into the company reviews and also reviews on the product. The delivery process was efficient and we were kept updated. When the product arrived there was a fault and we raised this with Garden Trends who were quick to resolve this and to our satisfaction with the set replaced without issue. The furniture itself is beautiful and although we had a fault issue, this appears to have been a completely isolated incident. Overall we are really happy with the service and the products and would highly recommend.
Really pleased with the quality of the furniture. Delivery was swift. We had a couple of issues with the order but these were sorted promptly. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Would definitely use again. Many thanks !

My husband and I visited the Moss End Showroom to try out the furniture, the sales staff were great, very knowledgeable and were not pushy for the sale. We ended up purchasing 2 furniture sets, the Miami Deluxe corner set and the Seattle dining set. Delivery was prompt, communication was amazing. Set up was easy and the furniture is really great quality for the price paid. We’ve had one issue with one of the chairs but Laura at head office has been wonderful, her communication skills are second to none, she keeps on top of everything and updates me as soon as anything changes. The one damaged chair has been replaced with zero issue. Laura is an asset to the company. I would highly recommend Garden Trends for any of your garden furniture needs. Hopefully we won’t be in the market for new garden furniture any time soon but I wouldn’t hesitate in using Garden Trends again in the future.

I ordered some Alexander Rose garden furniture from Garden Trends which arrived within the delivery time advised. Unfortunately when I unpacked the garden bench I found the one end frame was damaged and contacted Garden Trends customer services straight away, explained the problem and sent some pictures of the defect, they responded very quickly, asked for a little more details and then arranged for a replacement part to be sent directly from Alexander Rose to me, so I was able to have a complete bench for the weekend, Great service from Garden Trends Thank you for organising the replacement and Thank you to Alexander Rose too for being happy to send the part directly to me, again great service.
Pleased with my purchase a lot of other sites were out of stock with that table so happy to have mine so quickly.

Badly packaged, All the panels were wrapped up well enough but some of the panels had tabs on them and if they had been facing outwards instead of inwards there would not have been a hole and dents in one of the panels. Also the box that it came was in a right state. (Disappointed).
