Porthallow 2-seater sofa - very quick efficient delivery. Well packed. Delivery company unpacked and took packaging away. Sofa looks good and is very comfortable. Cushions are large and take up a lot of storage space. Only negative is that the back cushions are not as wide as the sofa and there is a gap between them which does not appear to be the case in the images on the website. Because of this they tend to get blown off the sofa when it’s windy. Would have preferred a snugger fit so they are held in place better.
The order never arrived after about 3+ weeks. I then used the chat function on line to find out what had happened. I had to wait for in excess of an hour for the problem to be resolved with on occasions very long gaps between messages. The lady on the other end of the chat was very helpful and dispatched a new order which arrived the next day. I requested a p&p refund which she also processed straight away. The product is lovely though, just the process that was painful. Sue 🙁 x

One small order....came in to many deliveries taking up days of my time. Also when delivery driver dropped them off two broken pots and plates all crushed with compost all split on bag. On a good note love my plants very happy with them . Would recommend on plants not courier

I found it difficult to find a well designed, beautiful and very large plant pot for my ever growing rubber plant. However, this find was absolutely perfect and on sale!
I ordered a lovely metal bench, but it arrived damaged, so contacted the customer support team and hey presto they replaced it and took the damage bench away. Very pleased with the bench quality and also happy with overall service received.

I bought the soap dish first, then bought the soap pump to match. The base brown colour is quite different. The pump action is very stiff to push down. The packing of the items was very poor. All the padding paper was on the top, nothing under the items. I think it was very lucky that they weren't damaged.
