J'ai commandé des boucles d'oreilles demi créoles en émeraudes et diamants sur le site gemondo.Je reçois ma commande quelques jours plus tard mais en ouvrant mon colis je me rends compte qu'il y a une erreur j'ai reçu des boucles d'oreilles rubis et diamants .Je contacte le service client par mail .Il me renvoit par mail un bon pour réaliser le retour mais il m'informe que je ne pourrai pas avoir mes articles commandés car les boucles ne sont pas en stock . Je suis effectivement déçue et je renvoie les boucles d'oreilles.Le colis est arrivé depuis une semaine ( merci le suivi de colis) et je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement ! Je trouve le service client déplorable : aucune communication c'est l'acheteur lésé qui doit relancer la boîte pour avoir le remboursement ! Pas de remise proposée ni de dédommagement. Je suis débiter du montant des boucles d'oreilles depuis le 12 février .Je ne suis toujours pas remboursée je fais comme Charles ....j'attends
This time I ordered a pair of earrings, and about a year ago, I ordered a bracelet. Their quality is good; I have had no issues whatsoever with the stones, the gold, or the products themselves. The delivery and the dispatch have always been extremely fast, and I was always able to use discount codes for the purchases, which is a plus for me.
I really don’t understand how this company gets such great reviews. This is my story. I ordered a pair of earrings which were quite heavily discounted. They looked very beautiful, but when they arrived they weren’t even attached inside to the box. Just rattling around very underwhelming, plus when I looked at the earrings, they just looked very cheap Then I attempted to try them on . The spike literally fell off the actual earring! so no quality control then. Honestly, I buy a lot of costume jewellery and I would avoid this company. It is overpriced for very very cheaply made jewellery . I did get a refund, but it took two emails and the telephone number that they gave is literally not fit for purpose because nobody answers it. Avoid
Hatte 2 Ringe bestellt, konnten nicht mit DHL geliefert werden, da ich kein Express bezahlt habe. Davon steht aber nichts in den Lieferbedingungen. Die Erstattung hat ewig gedauert, nie wieder!!!!
Delighted lots of people give a 5 star rating. However it has not been my experience. Gifted a beautiful ring not this Christmas but last. The stone fell out after 10 months. Thankfully I located that. Tried a number of times to get in touch with customer services via email. No reply. Finally had an answer which said the ring was out of guarantee (3 months) so if I wanted it fixing I’d have to send it back, and wait for it to be repaired (3-4 months) and pay for it. Took the ring to an independent jeweller who said she wasn’t surprised the stone had fallen out, it’s just glued in. I’m now looking at a £200 bill to have a proper setting made that will anchor the stone. 3 month warranty is ridiculous. Jewellery should be for life not 3 months. In spite of the jewellery being undoubted pretty, I could not recommend this company to others.

Im Mai dieses Jahres habe ich ein paar goldene Ohrstecker gekauft. Diese habe ich im August meinem Mann zu unserer Hochzeit geschenkt. Jetzt haben wir November 2023 und ein Ohrstecker ist kaputt gebrochen während des schlafens. Auf meine Anfrage nach Ersatz heißt es, dass ich keine Garantie mehr habe. Das finde ich nach so kurzer Zeit nicht sehr kulant. Für mich war der Preis in Höhe von 101€ viel Geld. Ich kann daher Gemondo Jewellery nicht weiterempfehlen.
