I have shopped with Gemporia for a number of years, but have found that recently bought a few items of jewelry later to see them vastly reduced. Spoke to call centre and was told nothing could be done Not as good customer service as before. Price Promise does not work as it used to. Closed my account and will never shop with them again. Beware of Sales tactics.
Real gemstones and certificates. Great customer service. Easy to return if you change your mind. Quick to fix problems when they occur. Great education about products. Friendly and professional presenters with varied and entertaining personalities.
I really love the jewelry from Gemporia. I have bought items for gifts and they are always so pleased with the jewelry. Gemporia has such a wonderful unique design group that designs beautiful jewelry. Great prices too. All is great.

I have bought quite a few of the candles recently. The range this season is really lovely, and The Discovery kit was an excellent idea. A great way to try everything beforehand, and I love the Lemon and coconut scent!!
The ring arrived in a reasonable amount of time, it was packaged very well and securely and it is absolutely beautiful. The pictures barely do it justice. I am very happy I bought from them.

I do wish you would sort out the issues with my being kick off the lives feeds from gemporia and gemcollector, it's been well over a year now and still happening, I have sent in all evidence inc video and pic, it's worse in the evenings, and I have recently noticed when you had the big tech issues last week during Jims diamond show the issues I was having were even worse. Pls pls sort it. Everything else is great.
Gemporia's call centre team are excellent. Always a friendly helpful person to take your call and order. I have shopped with Gemporia for a number of years now and their high standards have never slipped. I highly recommend Gemporia to everyone.

Not a trustworthy company BUYERS BEWARE I purchased a ring and before I had finished paying for it was reduced by £187 which they refused to price match even though thier terms and conditions say differently! I would not trust this company and think someone needs to look into thier code of ethics as at the moment they have zero ethics and zero care for the customer

My experience was great because the staff are very helpful and polite to speak to also when you call gems they always sort out your quiery for you one way or another they are very good at their jobs. Plus you know you get value for money and great bargain prices on many items that was one of the reasons i made this purchase and when you order yog cant wait to receive item because their jewellery is stunning and they care about their customers they also tell you alot of information about pieces of jewerllery which is very helpful i have learmed alot by listening to them plus they make sure your item arrives on time.
