I think a lot of these reviews are fake because other review sites paint a more realistic picture of this very unpleasant retailer. Try reviews-dot-IO where you will see they have mostly negative reviews and many many complaints. I ordered trainers from this company. They were very poor quality (probably fakes) so I immediately returned them - I had to pay £4.50 to return. I attached the returns label to the box and posted via Royal Mail. A few days later they sent them back to me saying they would not accept because I had attached the returns label to the box and it was now "damaged". I am still trying to get my money back 5 weeks later. Please buy from somewhere reputable and not this disgraceful company.

Buyer beware. I have purchased 2 pairs of trainers from them and I wouldn't recomment their service to anyone. The courier left it unsafe outside my house and it went missing. After almost a month of back and forth emailing them(because they reply once every 5 days or later) they have sent me a lost parcel form. The thing is they requested me to send the signed form back to them within 3 days(today is Friday by the way, the day I got the form) and they haven't put a return address or anything where to send it. I will definitely take legal action against them, as this is completely unacceptable. Stay away from them, not worth risking anything.
Order placed over 3 weeks ago courier claimed parcel delivered at 8pm 13th April to parcel store which closed at 6.30 issue remains unresolved 4th time order from get the label via evri has not arrived has not arrived other orders ended in refund absolutely unacceptable

I haven't receive my parcel yet, since three weeks now, no update from your company and royal maill the delivery company during the process and time of delivery. customer services is horrible as there is no direct and immediate communication like functioning contact number, I can only send a mail which will take five or more days to get a feedback. I checked on the royal mail app, I saw my order have been delivered definitely not to me. The address where it's delivered to not signified
Excellent Service and Fast Delivery, Great Value and Wide Range of Brand's. Only small downside is the fixed £4.99 delivery. Wish there was a cheaper option even if it means waiting a little longer for delivery. Would still recommend and give 5🌟s
