There were no instructions for how to apply the screen protector. The QR Code wasn't valid. The protector doesn't fit 100% either, so it's a good thing I haven't ever felt the need for one the last 6 years. The case could use more texture because the polished rubber can actually be fairly slick to hold, but seems like a drop would be protected well. Holster feels solid. Kickstand is weak, the pins unlatch very easily and then can fall out.
The case definitely seems like it would be sturdy but there are a few things I wish I would've known before buying. The case blocks the microphone on my phone making it hard for the people I'm talking to, to hear me. The screen protector also causes the camera to have blurry photos. And the biggest red flag for me was the fact that after 2 or 3 days of use and no drops the case is cracked on the top right corner. Honestly have no clue how that could have happened.
I had to wait a week to receive it and it was the wrong one . Instead of a easy return I had to pay for the return shipping and now wait until when you guys receive it back to get my refund. I much rather go through Amazon because it's a more pleasant ordering and return/exchange

I have a galaxy fold 4 and I love the phone, but a good case has been hard to find. This one is so close to being just right, but could be better. I love that it is a one piece design. I love the metal pieces used, makes it look and feel great. I love the clear plastic on the back. What has been bothering me the most is the raised lip around the cut out for the power and volume buttons. Not terrible when the phone is open (tablet mode) but when it's closed its very annoying trying to use the fingerprint unlock function on the power button. The only other thing, if I'm being nit-picky, would be that I feel like the hinge cover design and material are a bit lacking compared to the quality found elsewhere on the case. It's floppy and plastic, almost seems like it was an afterthought.
It is not perfect, but very close. The phone slides in. The belt clip holds, but I need to be careful to make sure it is secure. I do recommend both.
Great case and well make too. I am happy with it.
I LOVE ❤️ my Ghostek Nautical case, but I wasn’t expecting the big symbol which I now feel the need to cover and it was frustrating that there were no instructions on the OUTSIDE of the closed case on how to OPEN it.

The case shipped in a timely manner. The packaging was fantastic and the case itself for the s23 ultra Atomic slim is phenomenal.
Universal clip has no value with the pixel 7 pro case. Clip interferes with the sound buttons. This should not be identified as compatible with this case. Shipping was late. I paid expedited 1-3 days and it arrived in 5. No response when I inquired as to the delay.
Quick order processing and shipping. Only downfall for me was the gold colored bezel on your design but I knew beforehand, other than that everything was great.

I placed my order, got the confirmation very quickly and then got an email saying it had been shipped(label created) a couple hours later. A couple hours after that I got an email saying my order had been successfully refunded. I guess this counted as the cancelation alert but there was no reason for cancelation and I felt it was odd to notify me about the cancelation by just saying it had been refunded.
I never received my phone case, yet it was marked as delivered on my tracking. When I asked our local Post Office they said they never received or handed it. So I am out my money and I have no product. If only there were some term to describe this situation...
