Everything was perfect.
Ordered flowers for my mother's burthday. She lives in Sofia, Bulgaria and the florist is situated there, obviously. The flowers were lovely, but no flower food packet was provided. The card was hand-written, and in English, despite my explicit writing in Bulgarian what I wanted it to say. The lady receiving it does NOT know english.

Unfortunately, one star is the minimum score. Miserable experience with this company. I placed an order on March 13th, to be delivered for my friend's birthday the following week. The package was returned to the company because there was an "issue" with the delivery address, despite the fact that Amazon has delivered there six or seven times without issue. Their customer service is abysmal. They only respond if I send them an email first to complain. They apologize and tell me they will update me soon. After a week goes by with no update, I complain again and, again, they apologize and tell me they will update me soon. Over a month later, my package still hasn't been delivered. This has been the worst online experience I've had in years. Avoid this company! Update: After five and a half weeks of this nonsense, I ended up just canceling my order and requesting a refund, which, surprisingly, only took a couple of days to process.
The recipients were pleased with this gift, although it was a little late.
The bear is cute and he likes it. They also were able to deliver on the specific date that I requested. Thank you!

This company misrepresented themselves by stating they were a local florida company. I paid for the order first thing in the morning with a promise of delivery that day. no delivery and when I contacted support all I got was a "sorry for your inconvenience", we are working on it. No further contact today as they are "too busy" to check their mail again. My bank wont refund my money because it was POS with my debit card. So I'm out $65 and no balloons were delivered. Be aware of where you are ordering from.

Presentation - Delivery A+++++ One can never really know about ordering from any company and having that item be a gifted delivery. This company, food presentation and delivery were A++. I was ordering from the states to family in the Netherlands. The cake was one of several dozen that I could have ordered. It was perfect. The delivery person was very personable and friendly. The cake I am told was awesome taste. The pictures I received showed a wonderfully good sized - perfectly designed and frosted cake. I would definitely buy from here again. A++++ recommendation.
