I would highly recommend Gigil, the customer service from Wendy was outstanding! My bag developed a fault (this is my second bag and not a common thing, this was just unfortunate) and she very quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent and for me to send the faulty bag back, free of charge. The bags are so lovely and I have recommended them to my friends.

I cannot recommend them enough and their products are absolutely fantastic, just what I was looking for. Extremely spacious with plenty room to carry all your babies essentials whilst out and about. Great quality and lovely looking bag with lots of handy spaces
Poor product quality - buy elsewhere. I bought my first Gigil bag back in Nov 2022 and the zip broke in less than 1 year of standard daily use. They kindly sent me a replacement in May 2023, however that replacement has since had 2 zips break (main compartment and small back compartment) as well as the magnetic front fastening pulling away from the bag itself, revealing sharp edges on the clasp. Gigil have told me that because the first order was placed more than 1 year ago, they cannot honour the 1 year gurantee on the replacement, even though that has unfortunately also lasted no more than 8 months. I was offered 25% off a new order and recommended I buy their new Luxe bag (selling for £95 on their website at the time) I was told the new Luxe bag had a bigger zip and magnetic fastening, however the replacement bag I received already had these features as I noticed they were different from my original one when I received it. For the price of these bags I would honestly expect more. I'm now left with no change bag and some of my items are stuck inside the broken zip compartment. I was hoping Gigil would offer a part refund given the poor quality on 2 occasions, but I was disappointed that instead they just wanted me to buy a 3rd bag from them.

Loved the bag but it got a snag in the material within the first 6 weeks. This is just from normal use. Customer service won’t replace. I would understand if I’d had it 6 months, but not 6 weeks. Material not very hard wearing clearly. I was hoping this would last me years but it seems I’ll have to replace much sooner than planned.
Love love love my Gigil bag! It’s the perfect baby change bag and looks really good. I even think I’ll use it for myself after I no longer need it for my baby!
