Update: I did in fact receive a response to my post on facebook, but it did not appear in my feed. I have only discovered the Gillette response by searching their facebook page. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars as the products were still faulty. Unfortunately I did not retain them as they were useless to me. Purchased 3 tins of Gillette series shaving gel from reputable retailer. 1st tin stopped expressing gel after about a quarter used. 2nd didn't work at all. 3rd stopped after about two thirds. So all in all a very expensive less than one can of shaving gel. Posted on two of their social media platforms and neither post answered. Very poor customer service.
This is the next big thing since sliced bread ,I am really pleased with this Gillette Intimate Men’s Timmer very safe and no cuts. Thanks Gillette.
Good razor gives a very close shave.
Gillette heated razor, the best so far. Much more of a cleaner shave that’s last longer.

I have a subscription and was offered a free gift for bulk buying razors. This I did and the code failed. I contacted customer support and was just told that it worked for them I nothing could be done. Here's a radical idea - just send me the gift - after all I had spent well over £50. Unfortunately despite claims to great customer service companies like Gillette stick agents in call centers who lack the control to sort out a problem if it doesn't fit a standard tick box. In this case outstanding customer service would have cost them a stamp. It isn't my job to fix an IT problem which is what the agent suggested.

Always used Gillette razors..Had a hard growth so go through blades like water..they always give a good shave..

Bought a Gillette labs razor with travel case and the case arrived damaged, contacted Gillette and the replacement was received next day, amazing service! The razor itself is one of the closest shaves and least irritating that I’ve found since shaving my head last year. Also bought the king c beard wash and it smells amazing and keeps my beard looking much more nourished. All in all really good purchases.
