Love this well made shoe the quality and craftsmanship spot on. Color is vibrant as pictured. Fits comfortably and can stand in them for hours and hours. Worth the money and bought on sale. Great customer service was awesome sent email to let know shipped and tracked it to the date of delivery. Thank you.

Absolutely horrid customer service, processes and follow ups. Feels like a scam. I ordered a pair, and immediately realized i had chosen half a size too big. Within 30 minutes I emailed customer service and asked for a change. The first email was replied to very quickly asking for confirmation. That was the last efficient communication. After I confirmed, the order went on hold for months. My questions about status took weeks to reply, now after months of back and forth (each correspondence assuring me things were "in production" with no tracking and no proof, and the website staying "on hold" indefinitely) they said they would issue me with a refund, which I am still chasing. Now I am out 300+ Dollars and am going to have to try a fraud complaint at my bank. I dont care how good the shoes are, it's just not worth it. If anyone is actually getting them.

Ordered on 25 November 2023, Order arrive to the UK and got stuck with taxes and they asked me to pay over 70 pounds Which was never communicated when I placed my order. After substantial effort to reach the customer service and get them to reply, they said I can pay it and they transfer it or I can send back the shoes and get the refund fast forward to 2 April 2024 when I finally got my refund. Customer service they don’t respond. See your messages on Instagram and respond a week later they don’t pick up the phone respond to the email at best. The fact the world is full of such shoes brands. Don’t waste your time and efforts.

Well I didn’t quite understand the customizing possibilities. So I didn’t quite get what I thought I had ordered, but, I really love them and if my old feet can break them in a bit more I’m considering 2 more pairs, same style! And maybe something else after, they are beautiful. So nice to have such well made shoes.

If I could give a negative stars for this company I would ! The shoes they sent were poorly made and defective . They do not stand by any of their return policies . If you are buying from the states and want to return their DEFECTIVE , poorly made product expect to pay $112.00 USPS $275.00 DHL . This company is a scam - no one answers the customer service line . If you purchase through pay pal , they will require you send the shoes back and the return will cost you more than the shoes itself . Do NOT purchase shoes from this company - another international scam looking to screw people from the US .

I am waiting for my shoes order placed on 09/03/2024. I phoned them before Easter and they told me to call back Tuesday but since yesterday nobody answers and now voicemail is saying they don’t have anyone available to take the phone calls. I need to speak with someone to ask for refund but nobody answers! It’s appalling what they are doing ! They are charging huge amount of money and they are using our money for god knows what and they are delivering the shoes after 3 months! I am shocked to see now the reviews left by some unhappy customers! I will contact my bank! Is disgusting! Stay away from this company!
Shoes took forever to ship (about 3 months) and by the time they arrived the season I bought them for had passed, which is why I subtracted a star. The shoes, though, were as ordered, and aside from being a little stiff and needing to be broken in they were great.
