Always a pleasure to shop at Titmus. I used to live close by when I was a teen. I’m now almost 40 and still visit once a month to pick up dog/chicken/horse feed. Despite being 50min drive away it’s worth it as almost everything is priced below RRP and there is a wide selection. I used to click and collect service so that a non-equestrian family member could pick some bits up for me. The staff are always incredibly helpful.

The people at GJWT are always helpful and friendly and I always find prices competitive and it's location convenient. I used click-and-collect but gave up waiting for the e-mail telling me to collect and just showed up. If I had just called as a drop-in customer I would have turned around in the same time, so no advantage going on-line, paying on-line etc. It may be different at busy times but this was a slack time.

Ordering was easy and I received a confirmation invoice to say I could collect. Guys at the barn were super helpful and loaded it for me, although they must have missed a mouse hole in one of the bags which leaked on the way home but I’m sure if we had noticed they would have exchanged it. Will we using the service again

I use Titmuss several times a month, have done for years. I both buy in store and place orders online/via phone. The vast majority of the time, they are cheaper than anywhere else, including other online only stores. Orders are usually in the very next day too. I buy everything there for my horse and my dogs, including specialist veterinary dog food. Horse World (upstairs) is brilliantly stocked for every equine owners whim. I’ve heard they’re going to have their own on-site worm testing analyst.
