The worst company I've ever subscribed to.
My boxes started arriving with broken things, missing products, and many repeated products.
Every time I contacted them, I received small credits, very small credits totalling only £5. And these credits are worthless unless they are used on partner sites.
I didn't want to be treated like a fool any more and decided to cancel my subscription.
I got in touch on 5 January asking to cancel my account. They tried to trick me into continuing.
I didn't accept and asked to cancel. They sent me a link to take a survey. I filled in everything and at the end, after clicking finish, the site closed and went to the survey company's main page.
I contacted Glossybox again and they replied on 8 January that they would check and resolve the issue.
I thought it would be resolved, but I didn't hear anything back and this month I was charged again for the subscription.
This company violates all of a person's rights to decide what they want to buy. They have violated my decision, they are stealing my money. This company should be reported to the police.
Run away from this company!!!!!!!
They are not going to cancel your account and steal money from you every month.
