Don't risk it. If you give this as a gift the recipient could have to pay again.

Don't risk it. Without authorisation they took 2 payments for 1 gift. They refuse to give a refund. I have been emailing Glossybox for months to sort it. Their response is always from a different person who asks a question which I have already answered or they make excuses for doing nothing. It appears to be their policy to block the customer and not provide customer service. They took money from my account without authorisation for a gift I'd already paid for. Then when I asked for my money back they said NO and took my request as a request to cancel the order. So they have taken nearly 80 Euro from me and refuse to provide a refund.

The worst company I've ever subscribed…

The worst company I've ever subscribed to. My boxes started arriving with broken things, missing products, and many repeated products. Every time I contacted them, I received small credits, very small credits totalling only £5. And these credits are worthless unless they are used on partner sites. I didn't want to be treated like a fool any more and decided to cancel my subscription. I got in touch on 5 January asking to cancel my account. They tried to trick me into continuing. I didn't accept and asked to cancel. They sent me a link to take a survey. I filled in everything and at the end, after clicking finish, the site closed and went to the survey company's main page. I contacted Glossybox again and they replied on 8 January that they would check and resolve the issue. I thought it would be resolved, but I didn't hear anything back and this month I was charged again for the subscription. This company violates all of a person's rights to decide what they want to buy. They have violated my decision, they are stealing my money. This company should be reported to the police. Run away from this company!!!!!!! They are not going to cancel your account and steal money from you every month.

GlossyBox staff block every effort to sort my query. I have been trying since December 9th to get them to honour my purchase. When they finally looked like they were sorting it they charged me a second time. This is a gift and they charge the recipient to receive it! They have now cancelled the order that was already paid for and charged me twice. Now I have been charged twice, 2 TIMES, and I have received NOTHING. They have not properly read my complaint and provide what I ordered.

I have been trying to get your company to sort my order since early December. There should not have been a charge as it is a gift which is already paid for. you have now charged twice for it. this is fraud and false advertising. GlossyBox claim now, 31.01.2024, that this is resolved. They still haven't returned my money for charging me twice. This is not resolved.

Will update when i receive the products but so far underwhelming experience, ordered paid and then crickets... ordered on 24th Nov. Its now 29th and its still "Processing" with status Awaiting Stock?? If you don't have stock why are you not putting a lead time on site? You are still selling this on your site. Not good enough. I would not have ordered if I knew it wasn't in stock. 5th of December. Still same. "Processing" and Awaiting Stock.
