Trainers delivered and left outside my property by Fed-ex .... email confirmation to tell me package had been delivered sent 7 hours later. Nothing outside they had been taken, asked Fed-ex for help ... they wouldn't told me to speak to seller ..... Goat told me nothing they could do.
When it was 7 days that I ordered my order, they said that my address was unknown, so my order returned to the sender.
Do not buy from these. Purchased a pair of Jordans but in the wrong size..... unable to exchange as stupid 3 day policy, so sold the exact trainers through GOAT to be told they have failed verification on a shoe that they have apparently verified and already sold to me. No interest in them to resolve the issue from GOAT. Have purchased other items and now will be getting everything checked again.

GOAT basically robbed me, I sold them a pair of kicks and shipped them out. Unfortunately they never made it to GOAT, I created a claim and claim was approved by UPS and they also issued GOAT a check for the item. GOAT continue to give me the runaround till they ghosted me. I have all emails with proof about this issue and they still haven’t answered me. Finally after months I decide to write back and they tell me my claim was denied because of the time frame which is BS because I made the claim immediately soon as I saw no movement. I sent them screens shots and proof of everything even the claim and proof that UPS paid them. So it’s my money and they decide to keep my money that was paid out for my lost item.
This is a fraudulent company they ripped my sister off they sell replicas!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Made a mistake and order wrong size, after I had returned them they contacted me to tell me I had send them replica's back. They are the trainer you send me, so are you making replica's
Customer service is TRASH! Courier did not deliver shoes proper address, provided all receipts and documentation. Goat gives run around and looks into nothing! Filed a claim still nothing. Pay up price for a shoe you never receive is not cool.

I bought a Travis Scott sneaker for my sons prom it arrived on 4/11 two sizes to big. I immediately returned the shoe back to Goat sent an email letting them know this was a special order I would like to know could I receive a refund quickly. I spoke to someone on 4/11,4/12,4/13/, 4/15,4/16,4/17 my sons prom was 4/19 I had to go out & buy another shoe that costed me over $1,300 after I had already spent $964 for the first shoe. I spent over $2,300 for shoes just for my son’s prom. It took Goat 2 wks to return my refund with a store credit, what a joke they should’ve given me back my money. Goat will never get my business again if the shoe is not in a store I will not buy it. This experience has been the worst experience & it will never happen again. We as consumers should stop doing business with these companies to Force them to go out of business so sneakers & clothes can return back in the retail stores for purchase. It’s sickening we have to buy things 2 to 3 times the price just to have an item we want. It will never happen again if the retail stores don’t have what I want I will not buy it on these types of platforms ever again. We the consumers are the ones who can close them down. Stop given your business to Goat or StockX
The Jordan’s I had ordered came in used and scuffed. I sent pictures and requested a refund and they offered an $8.00 credit in lieu of the return, adding that I would have to pay shipping to and from for the refund. They proceeded to remind me that the $8.00 credit would be cheaper than sending the product back. Absolute garbage company, making me pay exorbitant shipping fees on a product that they falsely advertised. Buyer beware when dealing with WOAT!
I believe that assistance makes the difference between one ecommerce site compared to another. In my case Aileen was a great help to me. I would say formidable.
