I love there dresses. May take a lil longer to give refund. However if you send evidence of your return, they usually respond within 24 hours. The customer service I have received has always been valuable. Thanks 😊 Joel.

I ordered a Beautiful dress (Emerald Green Sequin Velvet Bardot Maxi) 3 inches too long so I returned it by recorded delivery through Royal Mail. They received it the day after, it was altered and back in the post with DHL (also faultless and great service)within a week. I cannot wait to wear this gorgeous dress to a black tie event in May. Hello! I had make a order on application of Goddiva . The number is 275300 on 16 april 2024. I had received today,24 april 2024, few minutes ago. I had the surprise that the dress with the code DR3550 to have a default-are missing some sequins -I will attach a photo to can see it. I’m dissapointed that nobody didn’t check before they had make the delivery to my adress. For the second dress -code DR3637 the colour is not the same like in the photos on site, is too small, the quality of the material is dissapointed because doesn’t have neather another material under the dress, is too elastic and too poor quality. I’m sorry but this are the reasons why I ‘m asking to make the return of the package and to be refund. I ‘m trying to do my label return but goddiva site is sending me on Royal mail site and there I can’t complete my adress because is an international adress -I must to deliver from Belgium. Please you can help me with the free label return? I will attach also a photo with the default of the first dress. Thanks and I m wainting an answer from your part.
2 separate orders returned, no acknowledgment of them receiving them and when chasing up ( purchased via Debenhams ). I was advised I have to wait 21 days for them to process advised this would be on 22nd today still no acknowledgment of receipt never mind the 2 refunds. Debenhams customers service have been great but have now had to send a chase to the seller. At this point 3 weeks after returning no refunds in sight
Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses for my daughter's wedding and they were not delivered due to a problem with Royal Mail. Contacted the Godiva team, and they were amazing, contacting Royal Mail and arranging for them to be re-delivered. They have now been received and they are beautiful and exactly what she wants for her best friends on her big day. Could not be more grateful to the Godiva team.
Ordered 5 dresses for choice. Delivery was quick and all the dresses were well made and looked the same as the picture. I returned the dresses that I didn’t need, the online return process was easy and the refund was made within two weeks. I’ll definitely order from Goddiva again especially when looking for a nice evening dress.
I returned 2 items via Royal Mail. After 8 days I hadn’t received an email confirming the return. I enquired via email and Goddiva were prompt in their reply. In 2 to 3 days they had investigated my enquiry and my refund is now on its way. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience with Goddiva. My dress fit so well, exactly as shows on the website. I loved the fabric, the colour and the delivery was super on time.
Beautiful dresses on the website. I ordered two and kept a jumpsuit for a wedding I will attend as a guest. I sent pictures to family and friends and they all loved it! Quality is very good, I am very pleased with my purchase. It's still one of the few websites that offers free returns.
All items received were beautiful. I ordered several dresses and returned all but 1, which I'll wear in June, love it! Returns process was simple to follow and resolved promptly. Great customer experience
Be sure to check that you have received your refund! I returned an item immediately on receipt on 23rd Feb 24. A casual check of my bank statement revealed that, as yet, no refund has been received, despite Royal Mail tracking confirming it was delivered on 26th Feb. Over a month and no word. I'm now waiting for a response to my chase email. Failing that, it will be a dispute on my credit card. Easy to order, easy to return - an absolute faff in trying to get your money back! In reply to Goddiva, I already have! And you still haven't responded.
