Really fast delivery, beautiful paint colour. Only one coat needed but I was painting over a light base. The colour looks amazing and changes with the light. Best paint I've ever used and worth paying a bit extra for. I'll definitely only use this paint brand from now on.
I've visited the Padiham factory shop twice recently and on both occasions the ladies have been extremely helpful. Although I could have revised the shop to order the paint (after using a tester pot) I've ordered paint online today to save me another trip and have been given 20% off along with the additional £10 for being a first time customer. It's worked out really well. I'm not a fan of painting usually but I'm really looking forward to using the paint and seeing the result on the wall.

G&B asked me for my experience . I wrote a review . They then said they would not publish as "it did not meet our T&C'S" SO - whatever they say on their web site is not necessarily a complete review by their customers. 35% 1 star on this site is a clue . Here is what I said :- Good design, Pity about the Quality Design is good , unfortunately construction of blind is cheap , poorly put together and takes up far to much headroom when closed. Two main construction problems . 1. When assembled in factory the retaining lugs on the "axle/pole" were connected north south instead of east west , so the (very very short!) control chain instantly jammed. and the whole thing fell apart . Fortunately I could correct the issue - not all customers would want to be bothered .Photo available on request) 2. The very short control chain, on this blind which is inset into the window surround interferes with the material of the blind , creasing it incorrectly and long term will abrade the sides of the material. Other - if you place an order with these people check absolutely all minute detail of the specification. Especially the address they record. We entered all detail correctly - but their admin system appears to operante not on postcodes but on house names . so initially our address was recorded as in Leeds , not in kent - total screw up which took several phone calls and emails to convince anyone that there was a computer error . As a result of our worrying about address we did not notice another error on the order - wrong fabric colourway. .

A good selection. Easy to order. One criticism is that when looking at an item the screen doesn't return to where I left it. I then have to scroll down from the beginning again.
Superior quality , beautiful designs and great colours . Easy to browse web site and easy ordering and payment . Most efficient service . Spoilt for choice and since using Graham and Brown products which are also easy to apply , I would not choose any other brand .
Easy process although the paper I ordered was shown as 60 pounds per roll but jumped to 75 pounds when I went to order a day later,lovely paper so hopefully it will have quick delivery.
Fantastic range of wallpapers with the added bonus of 20% off. Warehouse unable to fulfil my order, and this is where their service became amazing. They found matching batch number rolls in both their factory shop and sent them to me express delivery. The rolls have arrived and are fantastic.
Absolutely excellent
There was a hiccup with the supply of my paper but G and B did a pristine job of the correction. They immediately sent out the correct paper and organised for the wrong paper to be uplifted. The original delivery was earlier than expected with the replacement arriving before the uplift of the wrong paper. Very impressive service.Yes! a mistake was made but the correction was done in double quick time. I will have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks.

I'd given up finding the vibrant colour I wanted and was 'settling' for another brand... and then the G&B sample arrived the day before I was due to start painting. I ordered it Good Friday and amazingly it arrived the next day, despite Easter weekend! But I'd read some poor reviews about G&B paint so was apprehensive. But the colour, Watermelon, is amazing and I LOVE it! Yes, I needed 3 coats but I was painting over teal and it was perfect with 3. It's a chameleon colour, constantly changing and popping with different light. I'd recommend sending for a swatch as it's so much more vibrant than it looked on the pc. I'm now hoping for stock of the eggshell.
Shocking customer service. I used G&B paint a few years ago and recently needed to order some more a rennovated area to match. 6 months ago I emailed thier team to ask when it would be back in stock as it is unavailable on the website. Since then I have been consistently fobbed off - given ETA dates that pass with no update and then they say they can't tell me when it will be back in stock. Thier customer service staff are rude and unhelpful, offering no solutions. There is also no way to escalate a complaint despite asking. Shocking service, will never use again.
I bought Botanique Jungle in the 'lionesse' colourway - a bespoke panel to go in my Marvellous Mechanical Museum exhibition at the Royal Cornwall Museum, The paste straight onto the wall was brilliant (also no lumps) and the cutting guidance and selvedge simple to use and no waste with the pattern match - terrific customer service and packaging too... well done!
I ordered a bathroom roller blind. Loved the pattern, got a sample, all very good. Followed their fitting guidance (narrowest point is wood trim around the window recess) with help from my bathroom fitter, and so got an accurate measurement. I did something I've not done before with a roller blind and ordered a cassette header with it. This has turned out to be a big expensive mistake as the fitting is wrong but is something Graham and Brown are now saying is my fault. I have measured and ordered many recessed window blinds before and all have fitted perfectly. This one is too small because (and not made clear from their website) if you order a cassette header, that is the measure they use to fit the recess and the roller blind inside is much smaller so leaves a much bigger gap to the sides of the wall - their fitting fault but now mine according to their very abrupt and pushy customer service contact who has said today it not their problem. Well, I don't feel it is my problem - if I had ordered a simple, cheaper roller blind from them it would have fitted fine - it's the additional measurements of a more expensive cassette header, with the smaller roller inside that is actually the issue. So my advice - don't have the cassette header! Actually, don't order here - much better service and cheaper blinds available from others. I do not recommend this company. It was my first time using them, but has been a very expensive £160 waste that they are not taking any responsibility for. To Graham and Brown - I am not happy at all with your measuring advice or customer service and will not recommend you. I can't afford to buy a new blind for this bathroom refit and so I will leave the badly fitting on up for now and tell everyone who asks about it who it is from, explain the cassette header fitting issue and also the incredibly disappointing customer service experience - pushy, abrupt and not at all customer first. Will not use Graham and Brown ever again.

Easy to use site and happy there was a sale only negative was signed up for news letter for £10 discount but there was no code for me to add and so I did not get the discount. Looking forward to seeing the paper.
