The meat is amazingly good. The steak mince makes lovely burgers with no additions. It is always packed well and you can get things like chicken livers/wings that you can't get locally. The delivery is always helpful and on time . And the sales folk will arrange things to suit you. Excellent meat and excellent customer care .
Great quality produce, delivered promptly
I have been a customer of Graig Farm's for some years now, and I have never found another company who supply food at a consistently high standard at a very fair price. And its local to me! Couldn't be bettered for taste, customer service and price.
Please see the e mails sent. The meat was not delivered on Friday as promised and finally arrived mid day Saturday. The ice packs had totally melted and goods were not chilled. I am not complaining about Graig Farm as such but delivery people, on this occasion ANC, definitely need sorting. The box was clearly marked that it should be delivered on the day and, whilst not badly damaged, had not been treated carefully. I must add that in the 20 + years since I first traded with the farm this is only the second time I have had a problem and the quality of the meat has always been excellent.

I am so pleased to have found this wonderful place to purchase all my organic meats. I opted for a selection box to have a try of different products on offer. I checked out my basket too quickly & emailed to see if I could add something to my order..... customer service was brilliant & a fast response was received. Item added to order no trouble at all. The delivery took a little longer because what I added needed to be prepared but I was kept up to date all the way & was happy to wait. Products arrived very well packaged with recyclable wool insulation & ice bags & all products were fresh & amazing. I will definitely be a regular customer & will recommend to anyone that asks!! Hubby is looking forward to sampling some of the organic bones for his bone broths!
