The jacket is of good quality but on the small side and I measure a standard fit for my size and rarely have problems. I wish to return it- I had a collection date of yesterday but Evri did not appear then, nor today. On the whole not great.
I was a customer with Grattan for 25 years , I left several years ago and recently ordered an item for my holidays and paid for fast delivery. The item arrived completely wrong and promised a delivery next delivery I called and was fobbed off so I was let down again . Sadly I will not shop with grattan again .
I cannot access my account on line. I spoke to Grattan technical department yesterday. I was taken through a procedure to unsubscribe my account and then reinstate it. I went to log into my account a few hours later and am having the same problem. Will need to contact Grattan again. Very disappointed as the system has worked well for years.

I have been with grattan 40 years now , since I was 18. My delivery's were ordered one day , delivered the next. I'm happy with grattan.
I find Gratton refreshing because they have everything I want or need, and even things I didn’t know I wanted. Ordering is simple and straightforward, and spreading the cost is a great incentive because you can get something costly and still afford the monthly payment. In short it’s the company you need.
Loved the fashions back in the 60's, didn't realise they were still trading. Still has the style! I might be in my late 70's but I still enjoy style!

Another order made 10/4/24 5 days later no tracking information on Evri site.Today 15/4/24 spoke to customer service agent told him about the issue of no tracking he advised me that that 2 items I ordered won’t be coming on the expect delivery date that is Tuesday 16/4/24 he then confirmed to me me that they are coming from Hamburg Germany this update was not mentioned in any email nor on Grattan ordering page this ain’t the first time this is like nearly 10 occasions with me complaining and making surgestions on what they can improve on has just been ignored total waste of my time and energy. The only way they probably will learn is to be taken to the trading standards and let them deal with Grattan this company used to be very well managed and everything was running smoothly but now they are just a total disregard for good/ loyal customers the poncy CEO of Grattan needs a kick in the rear and stop Grattan crumbling to the ground and also learn how to treat customers with respect and show Gratitude to all the people who keep them up. Wake up Grattan you needs trading with people education wouldn’t Recommend Grattan to anyone now I see how they handle their customers
