I decided to order the special offer battery lawnmower by phone, thinking it would be easier.Instead the ridiculous payment system requires you to key in your card number using the phone dial pad, and it didn’t work. The employee was unable to do anything about it as it was a Saturday and there was no one else to help (!). I called back later, got a different person, same problem, but he deduced it was because I was on speakerphone … so he called me back and at last payment worked. I explained I would like it delivered on the Monday, not Sunday, which he said was no problem. I then got a notification on Sunday morning from the delivery company that they would be delivering that day, which they did. The machine itself is easy to charge and use, but the ordering by phone was a real hassle.
Delivered on time ,a good hedge trimmer,at 70yr using the light weight battery one is ideal when I don't need to bring the bigger mains one out,would recommend
Customer service is excellent. Products function well. Longevity of products is less good and spare parts are expensive.

I bought the battery powered hedge trimmer because I was getting tired of the weight of my petrol trimmer. I didn't expect it to preform as well being battery powered but was surprised to discover it was it's equal. Brilliant piece of kit and half the weight I now find cutting the hedges much less of a chore

My 81 year old mum has previously had a Gtech hoover and loved it. She particularly wanted a lightweight one again so after looking we ordered a Pro 2 K9 Cordless Bagged Stick Pet Hair Vacuum. She LOVES it. Brilliant on a carpet but also on wood flooring with no fear of it scratching it. She likes how the top comes off and she can add various different attachments for areas such as the stairs as a small hand held hoover. She was unsure about changing to a stick vacuum but has now been converted. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon and delivered Sunday lunchtime. Brilliant service from an easy to use website right through to delivery. Definitely recommend

Updated review after a few weeks use: My lawn is 150sq.m but the battery runs out before I have finished. I cut my lawn once a week but, even with the height setting at 60mm, the grass box fills up very quickly and dumps grass after 4 or 5 passes. So, I am a bit disappointed with it. The cut appearance is good but it is far from perfect at £600.00. The discounted price is good but the overall performance is somewhat disappointing.
