Bought a platinum wedding band, after very light wear a diamond has fallen out, returned to store as clearly a faulty setting and refused to repair or replace. Given platinum is a very hard metal, stones should not be falling out after mininimal wear.

I love shopping at samuels the customer service team are fantastic and the jewellery is excellent quality and excellent value for money....It is nice to know that there is a lot if variety to choose from.
Saw the ad for 10% off, so gave my phone number and email address. On applying the code H Samuel sent me, turns out it didn't apply to what I ordered. In these days of identity theft, it is stressful giving these personal details. On top of that, I did so for zero cash benefit.

I thought I was getting free postage - site said delivery on 8th may which seemed ok - looks like I've paid for postage to still get it on 8th of may . Also WAY too many exceptions to your 10% mailing discount- but if a deception in my eyes

You got me to sign up to email and text alerts in exchange for 10% discount, then told me the discount code wasn’t valid. Seems a bit cheeky!

So I call the number below, press 1 for product I’ve ordered, pressed 3 cos you’ve not met my expectations and it send me back to the beginning - 4 times. Downgrade to 1* after that nonsense. I decided to buy a Garmin from you. Went to the page and picked the watch i wanted. Why tempt me to sign up for a 10% discount only to find it is not eligible for the order. I ordered it but consider your 10% offer on a product, that is not eligible to receive the discount, is not becoming of a brand like H Samuel. Dishonest in my opinion.
Coming from the US and looking for loop earrings, having lost mine on the plane, I needed a replacement. After seeing the Preston H Samuel store numerous times traveling to and from the University, I made a quick phone call and later that day, Nick (the manager) guided me through my first purchase of what will undoubtedly be many Preston, H Samuel jewellery purchases...
I purchased a necklace today the two staff members Josh and Silvia were very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. A credit to your company . I will definitely revisit this store for future purchases .
