Livraison reçue aujourd'hui un peu plus tôt que prévu. Le colis est en parfait état. Le produit commandé aussi. Il est bien neuf et conditionné avec grand soin par le fabricant. En plus il correspond parfaitement à mes attentes après essayage. 😎 J'apprécie beaucoup que le site propose des marques que l'on ne trouve pas ou très peu dans mon pays. Je n'ai pas encore sollicité le service client pour leur aide au choix avant l'achat (ou pour une autre raison) mais je le ferai peut-être pour un prochain achat.

Never received the order. I've been waiting since March 14 and your website say order was completed! Please do not say the order was completed without a confirmation that it was delivered from UPS. Someone from UPS is having fun with my wig and I don't appreciate it. And then please help me find my order!
Ordered my wig over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. UPS delivery says another 5 days. Prior reviews say quick delivery but I don’t consider 1 month quick. Very disappointed.

The customer service at Hair Weavon is unbelievable. Mary in particular is so efficient. So kind. So responsive. This is my 3rd purchase from them. They always have the best of the best. And if I am in question about ANYTHING I always get a quick response. In being a fairly new wig wearer this is quite important. Because I am relying upon Mary’s knowledge to help me make the right purchase decision. I am a budget conscious retiree and this extra help keeps me within my budget. And having been an Emmy Award winning makeup artist in the film industry for 42 years, I know quality when I see it.

Received my wig yesterday and I’m so delighted with it. It arrived sooner than expected and Mary in customer service was amazing in helping me make my decision. She sent me a couple of photos by email and answered all my questions quickly. Very happy and will use them again. Thank you!
I ordered on the 24th February. I followed up on my order and was told be email on the 11th March it had been collected by the courier.To then get another email on the 15th March to say there was an issue with 1 of my wigs and was out of stock until mid May. This issue has been rectified and I am happy with their service. This was the 1st time there was an issue with an order.
