Overall experience was good. Ordered product online and had it in a few days time. The golf tubes that I ordered after a few days they started to mark the golf shaft on my driver, 3 wood and hybrid so I have now took them out of my golf bag. I would not recommend ordering the golf tubes on that basis. Product was the only let down of the experience.
The delivery issue was based on Halpenby error in parcel order. I had to ask support to speed-up fix the error. I'm still waiting to receive my order. Hope it arrive on date that the parcel company has announced. The shipment arrived today 2.5. and the products are as in order. Halpenby has responded to support requests in timely manner. The issue was based on webshop bug, that has no check if the order is divided into multiple boxes for shipping.
I ordered a voucher online for a birthday present and it wasn't delivered by email until the next day and I was late passing on the gift. Normally vouchers are despatched automatically once the transaction is completed. Having raised the issue with Halpennygolf I got an immediate response from Stuart explaining the situation. He took the time to send a detailed response and you can't ask for any more than that.
