Terrible customer service I ordered a Birthday hamper a week ago fir my Daughter told 2 to 3 business days im still waiting They told me it was being delivered yesterday nothing came so i rang the courier today they dont even have the hamper yet , no one returns my emails its a joke I wont be using this business again
Shocking service. I ordered a hamper as a birthday gift and paid $20 to get it delivered between 1-3 business days. After four days there was still no sign of the hamper being delivered. I rang up Hampers with bite and they advised the hamper was with the driver. They told me they would ring up the driver to get an ETA and call me back. Seven hours later I rang up again and they still didn't know when delivery was going to take place. I was told they were going to refund me the $20 delivery fee. The hamper eventually got delivered over a week later and I still haven't been refunded the delivery fee as they promised. First and last time I'll use them.
Ordered a $115 hamper and paid $35 delivery. It has still not been delivered after 10 days. Missed my dads birthday and still no word on when it will be delivered. Tracking says it has been delivered but hasn't. I have ordered many hampers from this organisation, and quite appalled that the service and delivery has slipped so badly.
Easy website to use and good selection of hampers. Communication was excellent. Delivery on time. It was a gift to friends and the recipients were really happy.
We received a Hamper as a gift for Christmas time from our landlord. The products are not things readily available from supermarkets and are of a high standard. The hamper was packed well so there was no breakage or damage. It even came with a personalised card. Job well done.
Hamper never delivered, Australian Post said they tried to deliver twice - complete lie. Then told my son (the recipient) that he would have to collect it from a distant pick up point but never sent him the details. Hampers with Bite, finally gave me a partial refund but withheld the $25 delivery charge. Why? This wasn't my fault, why should I pay for that? My first experience of dealing with an Australian company from the UK to send gifts to my son who has recently moved to Sydney. Has put me off doing anything again. Terrible dishonest courier services and awful and unfair customer service. AVOID - you have other choices to order from
Hi, For weeks now I have been asking for someone (manager) from your business to contact me to discuss how you failed to deliver on promise for the hampers we ordered to be delivered at Xmas. You followed up with us nearly every day (bordering on harassment) until we placed the order... We ordered hundreds of hampers and now that there is a problem, you dont seem to have anyone available to get back to me. Thats a shame - you cant say i tried... so now I will share my dissatisfaction with you, so future potential customers can choose to use a better company than yours. DO NOT USE HAMPERS WITH BITE!!!
I, am as honest as the day is long however I am amazed at how you are not. I ordered and paid for, on 7th Dec, Item No 100629096. This in, good faith, to be delivered to Helen and Jayne Brown in West Leederville, WA, I even spoke to one of your reps on Thursday afternoon 28th. and he assured me that he had it in control and that it would be delivered that very same day This, of course, never happened. Trying, without success, to ring you with regard to this matter today 29th.but you are all obviously away from the office. Well Hampers with Bite I'm not away from mine. Half our hampers didn't get delivered. Trying to chase it up on the phone and no answer, like they pulled the phone plug. We spend thousands with this company for staff and corporate partners.
I don’t know if the hampers are any good, but the customer service is atrocious. I ordered a hamper more than a week ago, and have tried to contact in several ways, but nobody has replied to my many messages. I just want to know when it will be delivered.
The sender of our hamper had our old business address Hampers with Bites called because there was a failed delivery and asked for the correct address. We provided this and they said they would redirect and redeliver the next day. It was delivered to the wrong address again and given to someone? We have not been able to resolve this after many days of frustration.
I ordered 7 hampers on the 4 November and requested they be delivered on the 17 November '23. My order was confirmed and payment taken. I then heard nothing from the company. I therefore, contacted them on the 20 November to confirm delivery had been made. I received a reply email informing me that generic messages had to be used on the personalised cards that accompanied the hampers. I then wrote back asking if this meant my hampers had not been delivered as requested? I received no response from the company. I did receive tracking advice from the delivery company. The hampers were eventually received by the recipients on the 23 November. I received no apology from the company. Very, very poor customer service!
Ordered a hamper that was delivered overnight. Beautifully presented and packed, the gift card was a nice touch also. Recipient was in love with it 🙂

Excellent customer service, Rhiannon went over and above to get the hamper sent on time. Also, the altruistic meal donation offer is a very nice touch in this economic environment. Thank you! Very impressed by the range of hampers and the quality. These hampers are far better than any of the ones found and sold like KMART, BW etc. Cheap enough delivery as well, couldn’t be happier.
