Harley on the online chat was super helpful, I was not expecting to even have an online chat option at 9.30pm, let alone have someone so friendly and helpful, based on their customer service alone I would definitely recommend this company (having had very poor service with another company this was really refreshing!)

Got in touch with customer services and we spoke to Chloe who helped with our query, we decided to cancel the mattress that was ordered with the bed to which it was resolved swiftly. thanks for the help and we are looking forward to receiving the bed.

Orders 3 beds from them over 2 orders and they have so far failed to deliver them 3 times. Quoting issues with logistics, weight and dimensions and then it being in the wrong depot, Can’t even review the quality of the items yet as I am still waiting for them, I wouldn’t use them again even if they were good quality.

Great Value, and the customer service was fantastic, I changed my mind on which bed frame I wanted after I had ordered. Aimee picked it up and dealt with it straight away, adding a promotion that I’d missed and saving me money. Great experience so far.
