Wanted to try Giorgio Armani foundation (before purchase) and the lady asked a few questions about my make up routine etc and selected the correct shade immediately. It is so natural looking which is exactly what I asked for. She was very helpful and just great! Would highly recommend.

Very rude manager at the Levant Bakery refused us a table and said they were all reserved, but I called beforehand and was told that it wasn’t possible to book, that they only accepted walk-ins and that there weren’t any private events that day. I was very disappointed as I made a special trip with my family to eat here.
The upper floors, as usual are very good, the perfume and makeup and jewellery areas on the ground floor are chaotic, with different areas for the same perfume. The ground floor is filled with yobs in denim shouting and screaming profanities at each other and play fighting. Harrods is not anywhere close to what it was. Such a shame.
I recently decided to throw away my entire make up bag and start a fresh. I needed a bunch of Hourglass make up after doing some online research. The usual lady at Hourglass counter was occupied with another customer and called Annabel over to assist me. She did a really good job with the colour matching and provided some tips on other products in the store which I also bought. She was polite, relatable and knowledgeable.
Had the most amazing service from Maya at La Prairie. I was invited to a complementary facial and it was absolutely heavenly. Maya knew all the products and was able to help with recommendations. She was delightful. Thank you
Kaleem is the best person u meet to help u choose ur new tv or any item from technology. It’s nice to see a familiar face u know for years . He listen to what u really need and guide u professionally to the best choice I never have a second thought after buying . Visited the Penhaligon’s counter and was served by Ashley, on behalf of me and my partner would like to thank her for her amazing customer service and taking the time to help us explore the scents and the stories behind each one. I love that all the staff are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful everytime I visit Harrods Beauty in Milton Keynes. I also love how generous the staff are with free samples when I make a purchase. The store is packed with all the brands I love. I also love the champagne bar, the oysters are the best around.

Shopping at the store is a totally nightmare now. Massive queues and unhelpful staff. We booked a table for a little celebration and we arrived like fifteen minutes early. But they couldn’t find our reservation. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We never seen a Harrods staff acted like that before. He kept us waiting and waiting but no one came back to us. We finally got seated like after 30 minutes. We had the worst experience ever as no one would serve us. We finally wasted an hour waiting and left the restaurant feeling more hungry, thirsty and gutted. As a member, I wrote to the customer service team sharing my experience (Not a single word of complaint). I got a very unprofessional/interesting reply from the Harrods Social Restaurant Manager. No wonder the service’s gone downhill since the management team doesn’t care about the customers anymore.
Foundation matched by Maya who was excellent. She was very professional and friendly, Maya discussed my concerns and preferences and provided a great shade match and exceptional customer service. She had plenty of knowledge about the various brands. Such a lovely shopping experience, will definitely come back.

When I make payment at the till, I presented my old physical membership card and requested the staff to help check it for me to see if the card is now still valid to be used, the staff helped me out with that nicely and told me that the card can still be used but suggested me to bring it to their customer service department on 3/F for updating the card before letting me go, which I appreciated his advise and service very much.
