very poor quality of services, information on the website is not updated, products are listed as available, and in the store it turns out that they are not in stock and are available on order (you waste an hour waiting because they search the warehouse and then come and inform you that they are out of stock). I wanted to buy many things for a new house, and it turns out that there are practically no products available, you have to order and wait, and when asked when they will be ready for collection, you hear the information that maybe 2 weeks, 2 months, or we don't know. one of the things I wanted to buy was a Sony TV worth over €3000, the website says you can order and they will deliver (big mistake) if you order and pay a deposit you can wait for months. When asked when it would be ready for collection, no one was able to answer. I contacted Sony service in Ireland and they said that there are no plans to deliver this model to Ireland this year :))) and HN has the TV on offer on its website. I finally ordered a TV from a store in Belfast and had it delivered to my home after 2 days. I don't recommend HN to anyone.

Good service. Only issue was unavailability of item once it had been ordered for click and collect. Mentioned it was onsite, then 48 hrs then said I would be contacted which I wasn’t. I had to ring for confirmation. Once I was dealing with onsite staff service was excellent
