Would not recommend. Emailed customer service to send back a hairdryer that I was unsatisfied with. Straight out refused to accept it back, wouldn’t even investigate if it was faulty. They stated in email that ‘there is nothing wrong with the hairdryer’ 😂 absolutely shocking customer care.
Order received the next day, super efficient and prices are very competitive. Bought a hairdryer that was at least 20 euro cheaper than in Boots. Would highly recommend

This company robbed me. I made an order with Health Xpress back in May costing €49.99 which I never received. There was a problem with An Post delivering my package so it was sent back to the company. Over a month ago I received one email asking if I wanted them to resend my order or refund me which I chose to get a refund. Since then I have not gotten my refund, I am finding it very difficult to contact them, I have attempted to make contact through their online help chat, email and phone number and have had no luck with getting a response. This order was placed on the 29th of May, it is now the 3rd of August and I still have no refund from them, do not waste your money on this company. Update 10/08/2023 : Health Xpress has replied to this review but still hasn’t answered any of my emails resolving the issue etc.

Never received 5 times email Answered once by Karen and once John then ignored, tried ringing them no answer, messaged on wechat just ignored,3 months later nothing from them😡😡updated again, as I told you ordered under my daughters name, I have sent you an email with all the details but if you treat me the way you've been treating her im getting nowhere, you seem to be only able to reply through trustpilot but not your emails
