Had dealt with this company a few months ago, so went back to them for next bathroom refurb. Had a problem (my fault) chose a comfort height toilet that I didn’t like but Ayesha Khan at heat and plumb arranged a return and refund , and I ordered a different style which is great , looks better and extra height good for disabilities. Thank you Ayesha. Will be using the company in the new year for next project.
Haven't fixed the items as yet but the delivery service is very good. Packaging could be improved but the cardboard box was on a strong pallet.
I accidently broke one of the fixtures when installing my sliding shower door which I purchased from H&P. Customer service rep Shoeb said he would help get me a replacement part. Shoeb managed to obtain the replacement part for me after spending a lot of time talking to suppliers and manufacturers around the globe. The effort put in by Shoeb to get me the part required is greatly appreciated, customer service at its best. I will definitely purchase items from H&P again thanks to Shoeb. Regards Keith Cooper

Paypal changed the delivery address on my order, last thing on a Saturday. First thing on Monday, customer service called and the problem was dealt with. Item arrived at the correct address on Tuesday.

Efficient service & delivery - unfortunately the shower tray was damaged on receipt however on receiving photos they dealt with it and offered a replacement without question.

The delivery of item was good. The item itself fell short of what I had ordered. The ordering system was not straightforward. Too many phone calls had to be made.

Unfortunately, this company sells expensive items it does not have in stock and with real date of delivery . It stated the item I ordered was in stock then once purchase was made an email said it would in stock in around 7 days. However the next day I received an email it would be in stock in around 3 months. I rang to enquire and was told this was correct but as I wanted a definite date I asked for a manager to ring me. On receiving the call I pressed for a definite date of arrival to finally be told the company had no idea at all when the item would actually be in stock . Almost a thousand pounds spent I asked for an immediate refund. The company did refund me and did return my call however they really should not let customers order anything that they cannot guarantee a delivery date on , Customers should be able to book their fitter with confidence of items arriving .
