Packaging not as good as it used to be. Had some concerns about the tights that arrived but 5 ⭐️ to customer services for a speedy response and sorting the issue promptly
I accidentally ordered tights in the wrong size and the right size was out of stock. Customer services sorted it out swiftly and efficiently.
I’ve always loved Heist tights- they fit well and are really comfortable. Unfortunately a couple of recent pairs of The Eighty laddered with the first wear. I contacted their help team just to make them aware. They replied very quickly and were incredibly helpful. I was very impressed- thank you again.
Beautiful fabric and sturdy construction. The tops just did not fit or I would have kept them. I’m returning a bit of my order. The cost to return from US is very high. Probably a wash sadly.

Bought a pair of tights- they are super nice and make me feel sexy. I noticed a small hole in them after one wear and I was really disappointed given the price. But I complained to them and they rectified the problem so I am really grateful. I really rate a company that listens to a customer complaint and fixes the problem. I totally trust them as a company.

Really disappointed. I've been ordering tights from Heist for a while, but the last three pairs I've owned have laddered after one use. They aren't cheap and so I'd expect better. With how easily they have laddered, it is more cost-effective to purchase cheaper versions seeing as they need to be replaced so frequently. Let down!
Amazing experience with Heist. I had a parcel that was lost somehow (after being delivered) and was very sad that I potentially couldn’t get the items I was looking forward to. I got in contact and they immediately sent a replacement parcel, first class! Amazing customer service. Yet to try on the items but I’m sure I will love them.

I am a big fan of Heist tights, the quality of the tights is brilliant and their customer service is very efficient. It's difficult to find good quality tights. - I am glad I found Heist!
I am extremely disappointed. I have been wearing Heist tights since 2019. I wear them most days, and so wash the often, and I still had one I bought a few years back that only just broke last week. I have ordered tights from the website on the 7th October 2023, 24th of November 2023 and 10th Jan 2024. 3 pairs each time, making it 9 pairs in 3 months. I only have 2 left. The last 4 broke on first wear either laddered from the toe seam or seams started pulling then holes formed throughout the day with light wear (I work in an office and my nails are always manicured so no snag nails getting caught). I always take extra care to handle them gently because they are pricey. £30 tights should not break on first wear. I have spent hundreds of pounds on Heist tights in the last 3 months and it’s money out the window. They used to last years! They also stopped making the Fifty which was the best thickness (the Sixty is so thick it looks like leggings)…. I agree with previous reviews about the decline in quality and I am very disappointed.
I love Heist tights! They are super comfortable, the company is sustainable, and their customer service is second to none. They do still ladder unfortunately if you're not careful, but definitely much less than your standard tights. Thank you!
I've used Heist for ages, the first pair of The Fifty I bought lasted for years until eventually getting snagged on a spiky loose nail on a stair. More recently it seems like the quality of the tights has dropped significantly. A pair earlier in the year laddered after very little use. I got a brand new pair of The Sixty in the Black Friday sale which I opened on Christmas day. They've already developed a massive hole (vertical rip starting at the join between the waistband and the tights) - only two wears! - and I've had to bin them. Very disappointing, I'd have been annoyed if it was a £3 pair of tights from M&S but I'd expect so much more from a pair of £34 tights, particularly given the reputation and previous experience (have spent hundreds and hundreds on Heist tights and underwear in the last few years!). I'm only giving it more than 1* on this occasion because the underwear I got at Christmas is nice and has already survived longer, the tights themselves have dropped to a 1*.

I bought two pairs of Heist 125 tights. The first pair fell down disastrously - the top is much too wide for the properties of the yarn.The second pair did exactly the same. So far customer services seem to be suggesting I bought the wrong size ( I didn't) and the tights have been washed incorrectly ( they haven't) Why can't customers leave reviews on their website?
