Excellent idea, I have a hectic life, and worrying about going shopping to make sure I have every single ingredient for my favourite dishes is nigh impossible, you open your bag of ingredients and every thing you need for a delicious and freshly made dinner
I like the meals, and i like how easy it is to choose what to eat. But i hate how theres no option to swap the meat for tofu or another vegetarian substitue. Sometimes the veg is close to going soft too.

I do enjoy the meals but have found that they have started to repeat themselves. Any of the new recipes seem to be the ones with an extra charge or a "premium meal"
This is really only for people who can’t cook in my opinion. I found the meat wasn’t fresh. The chicken had a bad smell. The dates were not good. Had teriyaki chicken for the second meal and the sauce was way too salty so wasn’t edible. Pasta and mince was ok just very basic. I will say the portion sizes were very good.
Meals were delivered to incorrect address every time, despite me trying to message them repeatedly. On the last occasion the meal was also delivered on the wrong day. Meals were ok, but ingredients were often not at their best probably because of the delay before they were refiigerated.
The convenience is game-changing. We now eat healthy every night and food shopping isn't an issue. The choice week to week has many of the same flavours- it would be nice for new flavours to be added. The veg is not consistently good and this can be very frustrating, especially when you need to go to the shop and buy more to create the meal. This happens too often.
I like the 20minute meal options. With my busy lifestyle I never have to worry about dinner when I have these meals on hand. They are very healthy and yummy.
Great! Very tasty enough portions
I absolutely love Hello Fresh. I don't have to spend any time menu planning or food shopping for the week. Instead, I receive a box of fresh food to my door, with really tasty fresh food, and menu recipes that are simple to create. So, simple, my teenage sons love taking turns to cook dinner each week, an added bonus!
All the meals come perfectly portioned and measured out, so there is no food waste. The recipes are easy to follow, and they're healthy & delicious! Hoping that there will be more veggie options in the future, would be great to see some gluten-free options too!
This has saved me so much hassle and money since starting, I don't have time over think what to make, no wasting food anymore or unused ingredients, it's a complete game changer and our meals are so much more exciting! Love it and rely on it weekly now
I don't think the salmon fish cakes is a good recipe. Could do with some new recipes please
The quality of the recipes and produce.
I have stopped getting a text alert on Sunday, prior to delivery. Last Sunday, the driver dropped the package and ran, surely, they can ring the doorbell?
It's very convenient and takes the effort out of thinking up meals. Plus good inspiration on how to use flavour. I do feel the pricing could be better.
I ordered my meals then got an email to tell me my payment didn’t go through even though I had sufficient funds and my order for the coming week would be cancelled. Refused to retry the card and reinstate delivery even though it was Thursday morning and they said payment hadn’t gone through 1 hour ago. Will not be getting again
The meals are delicious and easy to cook. For a couple this is great for us as the ingredients are in the house for us when we get home from work. It saves time not having to go shopping and thinking of what meals to have during the week.
