Purchased a bunch of dresses which didn’t arrive on time for a wedding, went to return them to find out they do not accept return or refunds! I am now left with dresses that do not fit me. Tried to contact customer services through numerous emails to not get a response! Poor customer service and false advertisement, would not recommend for UK buyers.
Bloß nicht bestellen!!!! Habe aus Deutschland bestellt. Erst mal hat es über 3 Wochen gedauert bis ich eine Rückmeldung zu meiner retoure bekommen habe, das Geld habe ich bis heute nicht zurückbekommen (500 euro). Das ist mittlerweile 2 monate her. Die Retoure kostete mich auch über 50 euro. Auf meine mehreren E-Mails an den support kam nie eine Antwort. Reine abzocke, nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!

Ordered a dress for a daytime event roughly 3 and a half weeks before the event, with an estimate of 3-5 working days delivery time, it arrived only a few days before the event and customer service took ages to return my email. Then when the dress arrived it wasn’t even the colour is appeared online, due to how long it took to arrive I had no time to order anything else. Ordered a pale yellow dress and it arrive a very deep bright orangy gold colour. Then to top it all off had the dress on for 2/3 hours maximum, and one of the parts at the chest burst. Bear in mind I sized up in this dress and the material ripped randomly while I was out. After spending £90 I am disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
So I'm currently rating this company 4 stars but this is still under review. If 3.5 stars were a thing, i would put as that but 3 seems a little harsh. I purchased 4 items last week, to which I am returning 2 of these items. It is ridiculous why it costs so much for returning the items, but £30 will be deducted from my refund, it's whatever. I decided to do a 'try before you buy' option so I haven't actually paid anything yet. I feel I'm already at a loss with having to pay for the delivery shipping AND the return shipping (triple the price of delivery). I already feel I'm at a loss with this but the dress I am keeping is the saving grace. I've not had any real issues with customer service so far but we'll see if that changes. I did email a few days ago and have received a response today so no major complaints on that as it was regarding the returns policy which i found on the website anyway. Currently feeling pessimistic about the returns process but will keep you updated.
I love the dresses they have, I ordered one for a wedding. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn't fit me well, but the process was super easy and I received excellent customer service. I would recommend them, but be mindful that they only offer refunds for store credit.
Lost dress and no reply. My dress was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday of last week. I’ve heard great things about their brand but now I’m getting concerned since it’s an international order and all I’ve gotten back is the auto reply saying I should check the website for all the answers to my problems… I don’t even want a refund I just want that dress! Sad. I’d honestly like to know how the following 4/5 star reviews all spouting “great customer service” are real.

I recently had a great experience with the customer service at Hello Molly. The team was really helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The clothes are also wonderful—they look just like they do on the website and are very well made.
The order and shipping itself was seamless and quick. Free returns would have made the experience a 5-stars. Customer service was so kind and quick to answer my questions, Gwen was particularly helpful in answering all my questions and finding solutions. 🙂
After a technical problem with the paying process I had strangely enough two open charges in two different payment services for the same order. Gwen tried to help me with the payment provider and after two weeks it was finally clarified. Unfortunatly I had to return my dresses because they did't fit, but I was very happy with the customer service so Gwen really deserves 5 stars! Thank you!

If you live in the UK AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Ordered a dress, arrived a week later (stupidly did research after, and discovered they are based in America), decided to return to which you have to print paper to include, and PAY postage back to America. They also only offer credit NOT a refund. It’s a shame and rubbish system as the dresses are lovely… to Vinted it goes.
I have emailed several times my dress came with a fault and I am entitled to my money back instead of a credit note but no one has gotten back to me, ridiculous.
