Bought a chain and it was delayed in the post. I contacted Henryka and got an instant reply. Eventually, the chain arrived and it looks amazing.
I'm in love with Henrika products, but the last two orders, I've had a few issues with the earrings...the stones fell down after few days...I will suggest to improve the quality of it ....
I have bought several items from Henryka and until my last order I have been 100% satisfied. Sadly a bracelet which was originally advertised on the website as measuring 7.5 inches actually measured 7 inches and was too tight. I emailed Henryka to let them know and said I would return it which I did earlier this week at the cost of £3.20p. I also advised that they measure other bracelets in stock. To be fair I received a quick refund for the bracelet but not a refund for the postage. Afterall it wasn`t my fault the bracelet wasn`t the length as advertised. I now note the website says bracelets are "approx" 7.5 inches which it didn`t do before.
Such a lovely little company. Customer service is great and orders come with a handwritten thank-you note. They extended a return period by a few days for me when I bought something as a gift. It was gratefully received, however, and no need to return. Will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
