After waiting 3 weeks for a supplement (Glucosamine, chondroitin, hydraulic acid & msm) I was informed it wouldn’t be coming. What a serious waste of time! While I was waiting I did receive multiple multiple (seriously too many to count) offers, coupons & other junk mail. Kindly keep all your offers & remove me from your subscription list.
My order was delayed because part of it was out of stock (this was NOT displayed when I placed the order.) I finally called customer service after a week of no progress on my order and this information was relayed to me. No one reached out to let me know what was going on. Funny thing though...the day after my call, my order was fulfilled and on its way

We ordered 2 bottles of sleep gummies that took almost 3 weeks to ship to Thailand. On opening the package we had received 1 bottle of sea salt, this wasn't what we ordered at all so I immediately contacted Herbs Pro and had correspondence with their Customer Services person who within 48 hours had seen the problem and was rectifying it, after almost 2 weeks we received the credit for 50% of the order, I politely emailed again saying the order states 2 bottles ordered and paid for, now 2 weeks later they are not replying to emails so I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction as have no other choice! never again will I order anything from them!
