Peeling interiors

Got two sets, different pans for each set. Smallest fry pan (8-9") is trashed already. Finish is peeling off, you can use your fingernail to catch an edge and just pull it off. Somehow you're supposed to make a video, upload it to Hexclad's hidden complaint video site and wait for them to make a decision if they feel the pan is literally killing the owner if they still use it to cook. Next size up frying pan is starting to flake at the top edges, all the way around. And yes, we use a bit of oil all the time. And no, we don't put any pans in the dishwasher, just the lids.

Emailed them about a defective pan and they immediately responded! Once I responded to requests for my receipt and a photo of pan, I was granted a replacement to arrive in mail in 3-5 days! FANTASTIC SERVICE

Title: Beware of False Advertising and Incompetent Customer Service! Rating: 1/5 I am extremely disappointed and angry with my recent experience with HEX CLAD. I ordered two cooking pans (£170) with a supposed promotion including . Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl . However, the Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl were nowhere to be found! Despite multiple emails, their customer service has failed to resolve the issue, claiming my order was processed correctly. This is unacceptable! Warning to potential customers: Be cautious of their false advertising and unresponsive customer service. If you value your money and time, avoid HEX CLAD at all costs. Their incompetence is staggering, and I will not rest until others are aware of their unscrupulous practices. Do not make the same mistake I did. Take your business elsewhere! ORDER HCUK48891 Subject: Unresolved Issue with Missing Mixing and Storage Bowls and Unacceptable Customer Service Dear HAX Clad Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent order experience with your company. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have been met with silence and a complete lack of resolution. I have attached relevant information and pictures to support my complaint. On [Order Date], I placed an order for two pans (Order Number: [Insert Order Number]), which was accompanied by a special offer of three stainless steel mixing and storage bowls. However, I only received the two pans, and the bowls were nowhere to be found. I was excited about the offer and was looking forward to using the bowls, but they never arrived. Over the past few weeks, I have sent six emails to your customer service team (emails attached), inquiring about the missing bowls and requesting assistance. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response. I even tried to speak with a customer service representative, but they simply asked for my order number and told me to send an email, which, as you know, has yielded no response. It wasn't until I recently left a review about my experience that I finally received a response from your team. However, at this point, I am fed up with the lack of service and the unfulfilled promise of the special offer. I have been patient and given your company multiple opportunities to resolve this issue, but it seems that only negative publicity prompts a response. Given the circumstances, I believe the best solution is for your company to provide a full refund for my order and send packaging boxes for me to return the pans. If possible you must send your courier company to come and collect your pans. If you are unwilling to honor the original offer, I expect you to take back the pans and provide a complete refund. I will not return the pans until I have received my full refund, as I do not trust that your company will follow through on its commitments. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I have received from HAX Clad. As a customer, I expect prompt and courteous responses to my inquiries, especially when there is an issue with my order. Your company's failure to meet these basic expectations has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not hesitate to share my experience with others. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I expect a full refund and a return shipping label to return the pans. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to take further action, including filing a complaint with the relevant consumer protection agencies. Sharon

Superb- way better than Ninja !

Excellent product - cooks evenly and is super easy to clean. The pan has retained its integrity (unlike the most disappointing Ninja pans which warped after 1 use ).

We Love Love Love our full line of HexClad

We love our collection of HexClad. We decided to get the full line of pots and pans and wok. We are in love with the quality and how well they heat and clean too!!! We were sold on this product as we watch Gordon Ramsay on all of his past and present shows...( we figured if he uses them why not us too!!) We are blessed ... thank you

Pan replacement

The warranty process was a bit tedious I have to take multiple videos multiple pictures using multiple websites and email but after all, I got a replacement and Customer Service was great.

Seriously NICE pots!

Seriously NICE pots! I knew these were going to be nice, but WOW. Exceeded my expectations. They cook phenomenally. Great weight to the pots. They even come with bags for the pots and lids. These, combined with our new stove, are a force to be reckoned with!

Chef. Caterer, home cooks best tool

Being a Chef, a caterer, a home cook, for many years, I have worked with many pans. These HexClad pans are my favorite by far. Sturdy, VERY good looking, NOTHING sticks on them, even heat distribution, wash carefree. When I lift these pans( I have a few sizes), there is full confidence. Their solid clear lids, fit tight, have solid, durable handles, and bring the good looks to these pans to a close.

Faulty pan no replacement

I like the pans however I don't think I'll ever order from hexclad again. I was supposed to receive a replacements due to a manufacturer fault on the pan when first ordering them, I was told it would take 3-5 days. I have been waiting and emailing the customer support and they are useless, I've been waiting 3 weeks and still not replacement.

Not only is the cookware beautiful

Not only is the cookware beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations! I am a food show junkie! So I always pay attention to the cookware. I had looked at different ones, but I kept coming back to HexClad! The cookware performs beautifully, just as advertised! Gordon Ramsay knows what he is talking about with HexClad! Awesome cookware! A little pricey, but well worth it!

Still awaiting our replacements

We have two pans where the “special surface” has deteriorated within a year. Hexclad have agreed to replace but we are still waiting for our replacements over six weeks later. E-mails getting ignored now. You have to question how genuine their guarantee is.

I received my set this week and immediately put it to the test. I have to say I wS very pleased. The even heat distribution throughout the pan. The perfect sear onto the meat. Just perfect. I also made stir fry as I got the set that included the pan to do this as well. The ease of adding the ingredients at the perfect times while maintaining the heat was just awesome. Everything they advertise is completely untrue!!

Hexclad is the biggest con I've ever come across. There is nothing non-stick about them. No matter how many times you season them. They are neither non-stick, nore dishwasher safe. They rust, they cook unevenly. They are purely awful. I've had my pans replaced 4 times, season them faithfully, and they have never done what is shown in all their advertising. Not once! Honestly, one of the worst purchases I've ever made!! Stay away! Their response about "deep cleaning" is bogus and offensive. We are a very clean family. We keep all our pans perfectly clean. The only one's that get rusted and ruined are the Hexclad ones. Telling me to use lower heat is also a sorry deferral of responsibility for creating an awful product that does not deliver on a single one of the promises they've made. I've been cooking for 20+ years. Now you're going to tell me that in order for your product to survive making a simple omelet I have to cook it completely differently than I've been doing for the past 20 years? Where was that information in your advertising. I reiterate my strong conviction that this product is a massive con and grossly overpriced. Furthermore, I tried to these return these pans 31 days after I bought them (my mistake for going off the calendar day I bought them, rather than actually counting the days). They refused to accept the return because of it being ONE DAY past their 30 day return window. What does that say about their customer service? This is NOT a company that stands by their product! Now excuse me while I wait for them to replace my pan for the 4th time!

Really not impressed

Really not impressed. Ordered a 3l pot and the 30cm frying pan. One of the main reasons being non stock. I've only used them a handful of times. Eggs have stuck, fish have stuck so bad to the pan that it completely ruined them as i could not get them out of the pan. Even pasta stuck to the bottom of the pot as it was cooking. I have requested a return for the items but yet to hear from them. It seems very difficult to get in touch with customer service. Very poor products and as of now, non existent customer service. Update: i don't want to see a difference. i want to return my order but nobody is getting back to me. The worst customer service i've ever dealt with.

I purchased my pan last June and it started fading. Contacted the customer service team and got replied in 24 hours, and my claim already approved in 2 hours after the first reply. Speedy survice and a very happy customer. 🙂 Mar S. helped me out with this claim.
