Scooter had issues, but the support team delivered everything within a zap. Would recommend over segway, their prices are scams.
The price for the p6 is a steal. Honestly they could charge more for what we get. I've put over a thousand miles on the bike with only one upgrade. See the bike is too good for the breaks but that's a cheap and fast upgrade. Very pleased
Great customer service through the email, don't bother calling you won't get anywhere as far as parts go. I order a controller and handle, received just the controller called the customer service number they told me the part I ordered doesn't come with the handle even though in the description it says it does. I contacted via email and was helped promptly and the handle was sent out pretty quickly. Not sure why it wasn't sent correctly the first time but I wasn't charged any extra money. My son's bike is all back together and up and ready for him to ride. Overall, I am happy with the bike and the products.
Well it all started when my grandsons titan stopped running. Not being able to find a dealer close by I figured I'd give it a shot at fixing it. Thanks to Elsa who helped find the problem, and help with ordering the right parts. Battery, controller, and display. They came pretty quick but after looking at the controller I had no idea. Emailed Elsa again and she sent a picture and a lot of support that I could fix it. A few emails later it was up and running again, and grandson thought it was Christmas morning. I have to give Elsa 5 stars, she was most helpful. Thanks for all the help. Gary 118586

Was very excited as this is the first higher end scooter purchase for me. Recieved my S2 Pro refurbished in great time after order and packaged well for the cross country trip. Easy assembly and my daughter was up and running in about 10 minutes. She loves this scooter, high quality and super fast and easy to operate. That was 10 months ago, but recently we had an issue with the scooter breaking. I contacted Hiboy support team who had a prompt reply and solution and offered a quick replacement after I returned mine. without a proper box/protection to return it Hiboy agreed to send me my replacement and I returned the broken scooter to Hiboy in the same delivery packaging. Daughter is back up enjoying her S2 scooter again. Awesome customer service from Elsa and the support team. You have a Hiboy customer for life
I actually WON these bikes! I own 2 Hiboy P6 Fat Tire EBikes. They are super fun to ride and my husband and I are having a great time on them. When we first received them, one of them was not working. Hiboy Support verified my order number and immediately shipped my replacement part at no cost to my home. I appreciated their quick responses and fast resolution to my issue. Now we are off to Colorado with our new bikes!

I got a Hiboy Max Pro a few months ago and I've been very happy with the purchase. However, after only 2 months, I could no longer connect the bluetooth on the scooter to my phone app. It didn't hinder my use of the scooter but I searched for answers without any luck. I reached out to Hiboy support and received a response within 24 hours. After attempting to trouble shoot, the only solution was to replace the dashboard. The support team asked if I felt comfortable replacing it myself by sending me video links of how to remove & replace it (not too difficult). They sent me a replacement dashboard along with a phone holder for my trouble. I received both within a week - now my bluetooth is working and I love the phone holder. The support team was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend both the Max Pro scooter and the company as a whole.

Last year I bought my 3rd Hiboy electric scooter. I upgraded from an S2R to an S2Pro. The S2Pro had a significant issue while under the one-year warranty, which was reported to customer service. Customer Service replaced my S2Pro with a new model (postage paid). Seldom does a company stand behind their products and their warranty like Hiboy. I am extremely happy with their service. I love the Scooter...it's absolutely wonderful.....and fun!
Had a HC-02 Hover kart with a bent wheel, sent them an email with the pictures, and almost immediately, offered to send a new one to me. Great customer service! It was really easy to contact them.
We purchased 2 refurbished DK1’s from Hiboy and both were in better than expected condition. There was a small hardware issue and they immediately sent a replacement part. I’m impressed with how well the bikes can carry the kids around the yard. No regrets here!
