Description didn't say it was a stepped shaft.
My only problem is because on the East coast when I order I use 3 day freight. That's fine but then it takes to many days to ship and it's still 7 days until it shows up.

Placing the order was a breeze. Delivery was on the slow side. If you need anything right away, you’ll have to pay the high price of shipping.
Good products, attractive price for clubmakers, the people you talk to are friendly and competent. But Often too much time between order and shipping.
The products I ordered were properly sent and came on time, and the prices were reasonable. But the web site experience in ordering and tracking my order sucked, big time. I have emailed Jeff Summitt with details of the web site deficiencies. I hope they are taken seriously enough to do something about.

What's not to like? I've been a customer of Hireko for the past 25 years. Being a left-handed golfer, clubs are hard to come by. I have made three sets of clubs for myself. It is great that the products: shaft, clubhead and grips have been mostly available except during the shipping issues during COVID. Pricing is attractive and the clubs came out great.
I ordered the products. The company shipped the products, and I received the products. You'd be surprised how often that does not occur.
