Great products! And my machine hasn't broken or gone up in smoke like the user's experience buying machines fro amazon. Overall I'd say these products work well and are well made. This was a great investment. And personally this tool is a useful stepping stone for me in abstaining from my po*n addiction

The product is excellent....very high quality and well thought out. Future proofed with easily replacable components. Online app and community is also excellent, really good fun. Perhaps most importantly though the customer service is second to none. There was a technical issue which needed addeessing that was dealt with promptly and with faultless comubication / customer service. My only wish is that we had one sooner lol. A gem of a product and exceptional customer service
It's been 13 days, No reply to my numerous emails but replied on this, Dear customer, Sorry for the problems you met. The courier has collected the parcel and charged us shipping cost. After you requested to cancel the order, we informed the courier for return and they did it. So there was no tracking information updated. Best regards, Hismith Team 1st I didn't cancel 2nd I haven't recieve anything no item no refund no tracking, but the original problem, as no tracking after 8 days so I contacted them and asked how long and could I have tracking and they replied early on with it was a logistics error on do I want to cancel I said NO although I asked if I was too how long would refund take? Next email I get is we intercepted your package and it is on way back do to them, huh? Then they say if i cancel now its only 70% refund. Terrible Chinese customer services stay clear from site I have had to contact my bank to get something done
Stll no reply and no refund after saying they cancelled my order and sent it back but they replied on here to show face I suppose had to contact bank to get refund. Edit got an email tody after airing dirty washing on trust pilot funny that, saying refund sent 29th to my bank so where is it, why not msg me then and say, instead of me sending 26 emails, Another excuse I think. I will setup a new email everyday to drive down the star reviews that aren't 1 star this is personal now.
Great, and I mean absolutely GREAT, customer service! I split my time between different countries and as my order was sold out in the eu storage and there no longer was time to get it in time for departure, they sent it to my other address with out any extra fee and just 5 days extra time.
This is item had free shipping Ordered on 20th now 28th still no tracking or updates, was told a logistics problem so i asked sophia if I wanted to cancel, how long would the refund take not that I want one, I then recieve a msg you would only recieve 70% refund and then they just cancelled without any confirmation, I have receipts, I said no then i want the item I'm not paying 30% for asking when will it arrive, as tracking says nothing. I recieve a message saying its been cancelled, I asked for tracking update haha and now radio silence literally also replied to this but dont to emails

I was very hesitant to spend money on a machine like this but good god almighty were my reservations unfounded. My biggest concern was the weight and quality of the device and the legs, but there's clear quality fabrication here. The legs are solid and heavy, the machine movement is smooth and it has force behind it. I was very, very impressed. Do y'all sell a tarp to go with these things?
