Item was in stock for click and collect. Ordered and paid for. Went to collect and was given a substitute item. Higher value item, good in one respect but it wasn't appropriate for the birthday gift I was buying it for.

Easy to negotiate web site, excellent selection of products at competitive prices. Had my large painting canvas delivered 24 hours after ordering it and very well packaged. Would highly recommend.
Bought a helium canister & was very disappointed as only inflated 8 normal size balloons. Thought might be a faulty canister until speaking to other people who have had the same experience. Was very upsetting when trying to decorate for my daughters Hen Party. Also ended up paying extra fee for timed delivery as cannot be delivered to neighbour, assumed this is because ID is required but on arrival no ID was requested anyway! Misleading expensive item. Have sent an instant message regarding this but no reply as of yet.

My click and collect order wasn't ready for collection 3 hours after I ordered it. It wasn't clear to me that I would need to wait for a confirmation message, so I came to collect and it wasn't ready. Products were perfect for my needs. If it wasn't for the delay with click and collect then it would be 5 stars.
