Very poor. Out of stock of an ordered item (despite it stated as being available) and then dragging their feet over issuing a refund. Nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund.

Great choice of products for anything you need. Good special offers like Bogof or 3 for 2, and also get a code if there is a flash sale with 25% off sometimes, which is a great saving. Staff in store are very helpful and knowledgeable too. Fast delivery or collection when ordering online. HIghly recommended!

Helpful product description and customer reviews make ordering reassuring. It's easy to fill my basket, checkout, pay without issue and arrange to collect from my local H&B in St Annes. Regular updates by email/texts let me know when my order is ready to collect. Often there are additional bonuses when you order online. My recent shop for several 3 for 2 products with an extra 25% off made me a huge saving. Brilliant! Thank you H&B.
Placed two orders this week for Faith in Nature products (one product was out of stock when I placed the first order). Despite the first order not being placed until a few seconds before the deadline for next day delivery, it arrived next day via Royal Mail, as did the second order. Both orders were safely packaged in recyclable paper and cardboard, but not excessively packaged.With a three for two offer on Faith in Nature, an additional percentage off through using the code shown at the top of the website, I've saved myself a small fortune on stocking up on my favourite products. Registering for an account gave me 300 loyalty points and I got more when placing my orders. Great value for money and great customer service. I shall definitely be ordering from Holland and Barrett again.
