I am really disappointed by having to write this negative review.
I have ordered items from Holloway’s of Ludlow for years and in recent years orders close to £10,000
My last order was back in January. Nearly £3000 with of goods. I understood that there was a long lead time, but it took four months and me chasing several time to be told that part of my order had been lost in the warehouse and not really giving me many option other than to cancel four of the lights I’d been waiting four months for.
I did so reluctantly and asked them to just send what they did have urgently. Weeks later I am still waiting for that part of my order.
I must have sent three emails now chasing it, even one saying I wanted to raise a complaint about the total lack of communication about the progress of my remaining order.
Honestly, it feels utterly shambolic. When they have held thousands of pounds for mo the on end and not bothered to chase and update….. it feels very unprofessional.
You can’t sell high end goods and not deliver a high end service, keeping your customers in the dark with items that are needed for an interior design project.
It has got to the point where it’s now holding up the progress on my house. I need to get an electrician to come back especially to fit these missing items.
I’m pretty furious that after my last email on the 13th letting Holloway’s know how frustrated I am and that I wanted to make an official complaint, I STILL haven’t had a response OR my lights, which they told me were in stock.
What on earth is going on?!!!
I get spam emails all the time, but when they do get an order worth thousands they are no where to be seen.
Please, sort it out.
