Incredible customer care In the world of today's subpar customer care, my experience with Queenie today was superb! She some knew which item I was inquiring about (maybe from my search?) and helped me quickly to solve the issue. She was personable and fast and funny too! Well done, Homary. Despite the box being damaged during transit, the furniture inside was perfectly secured, a testament to Homary's meticulous wrapping skills. Initially frustrated by the box's condition upon delivery, I contemplated returning it without even opening it. However, Abby, the representative from Homary, guided me through the return process with her calm and reassuring voice. She patiently explained each step and encouraged me to inspect the contents of the box before making a decision. To my relief, upon inspection, all the boards appeared undamaged, and I was able to unveil the beautiful TV stand I had been dreaming of. The following day, Abby went above and beyond by calling to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction, demonstrating Homary's exceptional commitment to customer service.
Le temps de livraison a été particulièrement long, les meubles sont arrivés plus de deux semaines plus tard que prévu. Ça arrive, mais lorsque je déballe les produits la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Je le fais savoir au SAV qui me demande d'autres photos. Ne pouvant leur transmettre de suite, ils me harcèlent avant de fermer mon dossier au bout de deux jours. Je relance, et là, ils me disent que si les meubles ne sont pas de qualité (ils se sont émaillés lors du déballage) ce n'est pas de leur faute mais celle du transporteur (lol). Du coup, un dialogue de sourd commence. Homary envoie des mails incompréhensibles ou qui se contredisent. Impossible de renvoyer le meuble, il faut payer et le remboursement se fait en bons d'achat. Alors que pour 160€ le meuble, je m'attendais à de la qualité, pas un truc qui s'émiette lorsqu'on le touche. Aujourd'hui, ils me relancent pour me demander de répondre à un mail auquel j'ai répondu. Jamais vu un tel SAV...

Recently my family had reordered a kitchen island from Homary which we desperately needed to add to our space for comfort and extra storage. It is very beautiful, an amazing value and something I would recommend highly if you can't spend a small fortune which most islands cost. A VERY aesthetically pleasing design, this has a clean, modern look with the faux marble top and the 'wine rack' at one end makes this island even cooler! I had experienced a few concerns during the process and had been helped by Sandy who was extremely helpful and never failed to address every question I had in a timely manner. She was very patient and thorough, I was highly impressed by how much she cared and I was left with such a great impression of the company because of her kindness. Sandy made my interactions with Homary very pleasant, she is a great communicator and perfect for customer service!
Geht gar nicht. Die Qualität ist unfassbar schlecht, würde hier nie wieder kaufen und kann jedem nur davon abraten!!! Ich hab mehrere Dinge bestellt und hab noch nie mein Geld so zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Der Rückversand wird weitestgehend abgelehnt und verkompliziert.
I needed help with tracking my package. I also had other website questions and Otto, the customer service representative helped me. The WhatsApp for Homary is very helpful and all my questions were answered. Great customer service!

Order a sofa bed suppose to be delivered on the 24Apr 2024, have not seen till today 30Apr 2024. Customer service promised to expedite but unable to help. Last purchase from Homary
I loved the customer service! I forgot to apply one of my discount codes at check out and even tho it was my fault I forgot, they refunded me back the amount of the discount! I got to talk to Jay and he solved the problem easy & fast! He was very kind and helpful! Anyway I‘ve already purchased twice at Homary and I’m already planning my third purchase since the quality is so good, even better than what they sell in my hometown. My room really should get sponsored by them soon! I loved the first 2 furniture goods I purchased and Homary really made my room look unique and like nobody else‘s. My next item in mind: I‘d love to see a „faux cow skin“ carpet that’s big enough for a living room, with white and cold brown details on it, just like the one they used in their 3D living room inspiration - as soon as they have it up for purchase, I’ll be the first one to buy it for sure! Ich habe en Nachttisch mit Beleuchtung bestellt. Bestellung kam relativ schnell...gut verpackt. Bem zusammen bauen haben wir einen tiefen Kratzer der überbemalt war festgestellt...und es fehlte Beleuchtung!-wasmich eigentlich bei der Auswahl faszi iert hat...es war nicht da...seit Woche versuche ich Mitarbeiter von Homary klar zu machen dass ich einfach nur das fehlende Teil brauche.. Tisch ist zusammen gebaut...habe keine Lust es wieder auseinander legen.... Bis jetzt nur hin u d her Schreiberei...null Erfolg. Nie wieder!!!!
Purchased a gorgeous gilded chandelier, stunning! It arrived within a week of the order, arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was impeccable. The chandelier was installed in my dining room and is simply gorgeous. If i need to look for beautiful lighting, Homary is the place! Customer service is very good, thank you Homary for maintaining and practicing high standards.
