Do not buy from here as there is no customer service once they have your money. Wish I’d have purchased from Amazon. I’ve been emailing this company as my product is faulty and they are just ignoring emails. Please shop elsewhere.
Delivery took a while but it did eventually arrive and I absolutely love my treadmill especially as it’s pink 🩷 it’s a gorgeous pink colour too! It works well and is easy to store and not very heavy to carry. I’ve used it everyday since it arrived and no problems at all. It was also not expensive and I was able to use my blue light discount too!
i placed order on the 23rd april now it’s 3 may and this haven’t received my order ….
Struggled fitting parts together as they were poorly sized. They don’t provide you with the right tools for nuts and bolts. So unless you have your own, you will struggle tightening anything. Really regret buying

Fast delivery and well packaged. Unfortunately, the wire from the bike to the display had been cut, I presume when being packaged, so had to be reconnected (thankfully husband is an electrician and was able to do)

Treadmill arrived not working! 7 days in and one email daily to customer support going back and forth. They then asked me to open the electrical box where all the wiring was and check a connection in there! So basically asked me to fix the problem. You can’t actually speak to a customer service representative only communicate Mon - Fri via email. Which made communication very hard as your questions were not always answered in a straightforward way!
The treadmill is working fine it's only been five days I have started to use
Arrived on time - easy to set up. Waited a few days before review as wanted to try it out properly. All good and using it daily.
The order arrived as expected. The indoor cycle was easy enough to assemble but sadly the seat isn't fixed thus moves freely plus it requires a cushion or similar for comfort. The pedals are made with an iron that is really sore to pedal unless one is in a shoe or gym slipper.
