The reception took a fast action as the piece we wanted was not in progress anymore and they advised products instead. Delivery was fast and furniture is beautiful, strong and good value

Quite disappointed on this occasion as there was only one person delivering a very heavy cabinet. My husband had to get in the truck and help the poor delivery guy. Also bed drawers I ordered said easy home assembly but came completely flat pack. Have spoken to Homeline and my comments have been passed on. Should say I've bought several pieces from them and this is the first time I've had reason to complain.
The coffee table I originally ordered was discontinued, Michella in Homeline emailed with pictures of similar alternatives & found my favourite, delivered in a couple of days. I also bought some artwork, delighted with my purchases. Lovely Irish shop with beautiful quality products & Great helpful staff thank you

Guys were nice only thing I had my TV and it seems they were not trained to install the TV still not installed.
I ordered a book cabinet and I asked for it to be assembled. The cabinet arrived in good time and then the assembler came to the house to put it together. All went well and I’m very happy with my cabinet.
The quality of the bed was not good. Sent complaint but response was not helpful at all

You'll be told they will give you plenty of notice for a delivery once Instock but you won't. You'll be called and told its tomorrow at 9am or we don't know when next we are in that area. They will also promise they don't leave furniture at the door yet they sent 3 large pieces of furniture to an upstairs apartment with one delivery driver. One item was over 60kg. Not impressed. I confirmed on email and phone prior to ordering that there was stairs and they needed two to deliver I was told no problem. So be prepared to carry furniture yourself even though the driver said I can't do it. I had no other option

I was looking for a mattress in stores and found the same one in Homeline at a much better price. It was easy to order, Homeline phoned me to organisr delivery for a date that worked for me, and it was very kindly delivered to an upstairs room.
